We wanted to eat here the night we checked in but it closed at 9 and it was about 8:40 when we were trying to find somewhere to eat so we ate here the next day for lunch. Ordered at the counter, got a number and went outside where we could watch the water traffic along the river. Burgers and fries were tasty and service was good as well. We sat here for what seemed like hours just visiting with our family members that had come in earlier that day. Definitely a convenient place to eat especially when staying at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk hotel.

Honestly not surprised because it’s mall food but was disappointed when my hot dog bun was stale as a rock.
My fries were cold and when I ask for fresh fries they dump the old one over the trash with my burger in it and the cashiers was so rude when I brought it to his attention. We also waited 10 mins for cold food. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had the grilled chicken burger which was actually excellent, but while the chicken part ruled out of the bun, you had to search for evidence of a piece of lettuce and tomato. To add insult to injury, I asked for jalapeño and was told I’d have to pay extra. Same thing with a courtesy cup of water and, again, was told “we don’t do that. A bottle of water is $3.” No way I’d recommend this place, even though the burger was good.
Rosemont location (fashion outlets). I was in the mood for a burger, which is sad, considering my only option was Chicago Burger Co. It was so greasy I needed a bowl to catch it all as I ate it. Some burgers are greasy, though… and that’s part of the deal. What prompted this review is when I asked for a cup of water and they tried charging me for it. So short sighted.

Unhygienic, I seen them reuse gloves and the guys clothes touching burgers as he leaned over the prep station.
Got a burger and it was ok. Meat didn’t taste seasoned. Not bad but there’s other better options to choose from around the area
