Our visit to Chicago Burger was pretty underwhelming. The food was average—nothing special, but not terrible either. What really soured the experience was the mediocre service. One person in our group was overcharged, and instead of addressing the issue right away, one of the employees made him get back in the long line just to have it corrected. It was frustrating and definitely not the kind of customer service we expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing

We ate the Chicago fire burger and it was one of the best burgers we’ve ever had! They were not shy with the cajun seasoning on the fries and the lemonade was great ?

I got the jr burger combo. I wasn’t expecting much from a food court burger but wow the burgers and fries were so good I had to leave a review. I would definitely come back to try more of their food when I am in Chicago!

Mall location. They offer different combos. We got a double burger and a black bean burger. Both were very good. We got both regular fries and Cajun fries.

I'm a big burger fan, and I can say that this place is by far the best i've ever been to. Also the fries are perfectly done. I highly recommend it

In the outlet center in Chicago, therefore not very atmospheric. But ultimately it's about the food and that was fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible. Elevator available.

A cost-effective hamburger restaurant. I ordered a 1/3 double burger and a 1/2 angus burger out of the combo, and it was juicy and had a lot of cheese and meat flavor. The fries are freshly fried and crispy, and the unique seasoning gives them an appropriate salty taste, making them delicious to eat.

We ordered some hamburgers with fries in this place, very delicious at the time because after a while they did a lot of damage to me and the person who also tried them. They were spoiled and poisoned us that we almost had to go to the emergency room. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Truly, the worst poisoning in life is not worth it, they do not take care of their food, much less that it is well made.

Burger was just ok. The young man with the sunglasses who made my burger was very stingy with the toppings

Chili hot dog was standard. Kind of cold. Onions were a good touch. Caesar salad didn’t event come with Caesar dressing— it was literally poppy seed. The only pro was the giant portion.
