We used to frequent this location, but I think this will be our last time. Staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes they're friendly, and sometimes they clearly do not want to be there. On our last 3 visits, including today, the food was just not up to par. Lukewarm food, very little fries, crushed pieces of chips, no water refills, crispers overcooked...the list keeps on going. With prices increasing and quality/quantity decreasing, it's just not worth it anymore.

The manager Carlos is completely a terrible person to have the position as a manager. He is extremely off hinged and any complain you make you will be guaranteed to be yelled at. I would avoid this location not to mention cleaness.

Pretty mid American style food. Just came for the appetizers, they offer free refills on soft drinks. It was fine. *They have a tablet like device on the table and apparently if you just LOOK (we didn't play bc of the charge) at the game section, it shows used and they add a $2.99 charge to your bill. The manager came over and was able to take it off though so def appreciate that.

I recently visited Chili’s (in rosemont) and had a mixed experience. The hostess at the entrance was quite rude.. even though it was clear that I’m pregnant, she led us to a high table that was very uncomfortable and unsafe for me. When we politely explained that I couldn’t sit there, she got upset and walked away angrily before finally changing our table. I was really surprised by her attitude — I expected more understanding and kindness, especially toward a pregnant customer
However, once we were seated, everything else was perfect. The server was amazing, very kind, attentive, and professional and the food was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the great service from our server and the quality of the food. I just hope Chili’s can remind the front staff to be more considerate, especially toward pregnant guests.

Jonathan was our waiter. WOW! The only time I’ve ever been served correctly at ANY chilis before. Chilis are known for terrible service and it’s usually true but this guy is passionate about providing great customer service. He brought everything we ordered out fast, good and most importantly correct. He didn’t even miss a beat. He needs a big time raise. We dine at 5 star restaurants and sometimes those waiters aren’t even up to par. Jonathan made our night great! And he was serving all of his tables with the same enthusiasm! We will be back because of him.
