The portion is less. I order a bowl. The rice is not the same.the romaine lettuce have too many brown pieces and the guacamole was old.

I ordered a chicken bowl and the girl shook the spoon twice barely giving me any chicken. I asked her. Could you at least put one full scoop she did and then they tried to charge me for double I left the food right there and walked out horrible place

I just got 3 bowl and 1 burrito with chicken al pastor (it's the most horrible and sweet adobo I have tried) i couldn't eat it and won't get it again. Instead of adding new flavors you should bring the quesadillas again.

They close at 11pm however the workers shut down the grill at 9:50pm and have nothing to serve until close for an hour. My duaghter used the bathroom and it was discusting. The manager was hiding in the back and wouldn't address any of this. This is mind blowimg how they people in charge who are only conserned with closing fast instead of having food to sell. Taco Burreto king down the street always has food and their service is amazing. Don't take your kids here! I have a picture of the grille shut down at 9:50pm if the owner cares enough about how this store is being run.

So I normally don't do reviews on fast food restaurants. Nor do I bash on min wage service workers. However, the person wrapping my burrito didnt listen to me when I said steak burrito with fajita greens. So they had to throw out the first one. Then proceeded to just have an attitude when I just asked for the ingredients I wanted in the thing. I didn't know that was possible to give an attitude when just adding stuff to the order. And then struggled to wrap the burrito. also, I asked for guacamole and I didn't realize it until I bit into the burrito. Half of the burrito Is guacamole. I mean I ate some of it but like half of this is guacamole. My mistake I guess?

i ordered a bowl the other day and the lady was just skimping me and guessing what i wanted. she even added cheese when i never asked for such. when i told the cashier she blamed me and told me to tell the other lady when she was already attending another customer. she rolled her eyes at me when i asked politely too. genuinely no employee here likes their job go to another chipotle and save your time.

Guy before me was speaking some good Spanish and got his bowl barely to close it was so overstuffed. My turn, I denied speaking Spanish and answered in English followed by a super long face by server. Obviously annoyed the older lady skimped hard like it was coming out of her personal stash. 0 stars for a horrible experience.
