Worst experience at a Chipotle every. Stale chips and the fattiest steak ever. The worst tasting experience ever wouldn't go to this location ever again. Chipotle has been going down hill i quality for a while. Not going to chipotle anymore and i was a 4 day a week eater at one point.

Food was fine but the customer service sucks. 2 ladies taking orders/making food for the 2 guys in line cool. I'm standing waiting for my online order. Another lady comes in and stands next to me waiting for an order. She proceeds to ask 1 worker for her order and she goes to make it. Another lady comes in and immediately watches the other girl make her food n drink and tells her not to put the pop in the bag with food. She gives her the order and now BOTH ladies are gone and I'M STILL STANDING HERE WAITING TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED!!! then the girl walks past me avoids eye contact then ask me am I waiting for an order for my name? There is nobody else here so yes. I said yea and I don't appreciate how u tended to the other 2 ladies when I was here first, extremely disrespectful. The other girl makes my food and says sorry. Don't be sorry, do better cuz this all could've been avoided when I came thru the door. Also why am I waiting for yall to make my order when I ordered it online to be ready at 9:10, yet I'm standing there til 9:25 just to wait longer while they make the food. 🤷🏽♀️

Charged me incorrectly for double chicken and double steak when it should have been only one, when I asked if it’s correct they brushed me off since it was busy and didn’t even give me receipt…

Ordered on line. Burrito bowl was about half full. Wrong rice, wrong beans. Maybe 3 small pieces of meat. When you order in person, bowl overflows. Never will order on line again

Management of pickup orders are terrible. Everyone's waiting for their overdue pickup order and there were no one making them. Did not get mine even 20 minutes after the app notified me the order's ready.

I have been giung to this location for a long time. I switched to online ordering and have had nothing but issues with my orders. Today the bowls were marked correctly but they were half full very little chicken wrong ingredients and guacamole was brown. I tried calling the restaurant but was transferred to a chat bot and got nowhere. I asked for a live individual but got nowhere. The manager that was on tonight is not pleasant or receptive. I either have to change locations or stop going to chipotle.
The lady behind the counter was too busy chitchatting with her fellow worker, in a rush, and not focusing on what I wanted to order. I don't mind her having a conversation at her workplace. She can finish her conversation and then focus on serving the guests. That way everyone will be happier with the outcomes.

I like coming here for a quick bite, but everytime I come here. I feel unwelcomed. The employees are always super rude and aggressive. I ask for extra beans or rice and they get super angry with me. That’s why I try to avoid coming here. Overall the food is great.
