I went to cilantro today in Rosemont Illinois. I’ve been there multiple times there was this one girl with the really stink attitude. She had black hair and I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she was whispering. I was speaking to her in Spanish as well and she was so scared to tell me that I cannot eat in there, even though there was two people eating there and it was 9 o’clock exact on the dot I walked in at 8:58 PM. They close at 10 PM I ordered food at nine to sit in and dine in with my family and she’s telling me as I’m ordering you can’t eat here and I didn’t understand what she was saying I was like what are you saying And then I finally understood what she was saying and it made no sense because there was two people eating there? Why can’t I dine in the door says it closes at 10 it’s 9 o’clock. That makes no sense. I’ve never gotten into that anywhere in my life before mind you there was a man that came in after me after I decide to leave and not order anything. There was a man who was ordering, and he had walked there, and they look like the girl was staring out the window to see if I would see that she will let him eat there. I don’t know if they don’t wanna clean up or they’re too lazy to clean, but that makes no sense. Why can’t I eat there? There was literally a worker eating there and another guy eating there sitting down, but the customers can’t eat that’s ridiculous and so unprofessional don’t go to the cilantro.

Nice Mexican restaurant in Rosemont. Parking was a little tricky going up a small hill. Service was decent. Food was bland for me. Even the tortillas and salsa was average. Tables and chairs are not meant for hanging out for a while. Interiors are without much character, seem to showcase their own locations.

I love the Asada Burrito, but one day I found a hair in the wrap, so I'd advise them to be more careful. I'm not giving up on this branch and I still love the taste.

Asked for extra sauce and came with no sauces at all. Very cheap on the meat

Used to LOVE Cilantro. It's like they do not SEASON any of the meat anymore. For some reason for the last year I keep going back and everytime I'm disappointed. The steak has ZERO flavor. Boring and bad. Disappointed for the last time today, I will not be returning. Not sure what happened here.

Very decent burritos. I get this on my way to the airport often. Bit pricey but good. Get the spicy salsa.

Food and staff are absolutely amazing. The steak tacos are perfect every time and my wife is in love with their plant based tacos! Must try.
