False advertisement. Website displays a large cup of corn in. A cup and was delivered was a small cup for almost $7.00 Cup was full of water I will not order from cilantro taco grill very disappointed

I paid almost $50 for 6 tacos and 2 tamales with a drink. And none of it was good. The tacos were just soggy meat, the tamales were the most dry I ever had in my life, and the drink was bland at best. Service wasn't bad, but the food was ultra lacking.

The carne asada tacos and green sauce are fantastic. They don't skimp on the meat and there's very little fat too be found in it.

I used to eat there all the time when they were south side of Higgins. Since they moved I tried them about 4 times and I was disappointed each time. Fish tacos Mexican style should be with cabbage and tartar sauce, not anymore. Now they put fish in tortilla and that's it. Steak tacos are horrible. Bitter and nasty taste! So disappointing 😞

I normally love the steak that is being used but yesterday I had a party and ordered a taco tray, burrito and bistec la Mexicana. The meat was horrible. The whole party disliked the meat. I called the store in Rosemont to complain and was told the morning manager would be giving me a call and would most likely issue me a refund. Either of those things happened. I had to call them and was told they checked the camera feed and it was cooked correctly. This place is now trash. Stay away. TBK moved up the list.

Customer service here is an absolute disaster. You can feel the disdain from the staff when ordering food at the counter. On top of that, they blast the music on full volume, then whisper the order numbers so low you can’t hear them—leaving food to sit on the counter until it’s cold.

If customer service isn’t your thing, you shouldn’t be working at the register with the public. Management: take note. This was Saturday afternoon around 4pm, the young lady wearing glasses. Completely unacceptable.

It’s not fair buy 1 taco for 3.95$ and taco tray 20 tacos for 79$, the 1 taco still coast me 3.95$ even when you buy big portions.
Has to be some sort of discount for big orders

The meat was pre-made, didn't smell anything cooking. That should've been a red flag as to what to expect next. I won't be going back

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FACE RACISM, today is August 29th I was hungry, a young girl was serving me, I couldn't open my mouth to call her a normal girl, she was just the last beast, I was standing and waiting for my turn, but when it was my turn she deliberately took and started serving others, although they were all after me, and in the end, when no one was left, she gave me my cold order, this racism was written on her face, and in the end this evil smirk just finished me off!
