My fiancee and I had lunch here today, ordering was quick and easy our food came to us hot, fresh and delicious. This location was extremely clean the staff was very helpful and the food was top notch

They always give me less sauce. I hate asking. I get like so many tacos when I visit, man, just give me the sauce!

I ordered carry out of 6 steak tacos, 2 chicken tacos, and one steak tostada. When i got home I found out I received 8 chicken tacos and one steak torta. Totally disappointed. How do you mess up an order that badly? Who's checking the order? $43 bucks wasted.

First time I come to this place, what an ugly attitude from the cashier. I said good night and he didn't answer. I asked him the price of a soda and he ignored me. I asked him again and he said wait, I'm looking at you with a bad face. I wait for him to tell me something so I know he's ready for the order and he just stares at me. I better not eat at that place, I'll look for another place ??

Beware new owner took over !! Food quality is not good at all !! Cilantro was good before new owner took over !! If I could give it -1 star I would. Dry rice and burrito was very dull tasting.

Horrible experience, their customer service also doesn’t respond which makes this an even crappier company.

They tried charging for sour cream when we asked for it on the side instead of on the food? Why would you charge for something already included as a topping? If we asked for extra or the food didn’t come with it I can understand. But charging because I want something on the side instead of directly on my food? Absurd.

Lastly they charged me for carrots and peppers even though they have an entire salsa bar. They said “oh sorry thought you were taking it to go”.

What a joke of mexican fast food.

Food was ok, no complaints there. Service was normal. I had 4 tacos, rice and beans and a Gatorade and it came out to $29. I am sorry but some tortillas and a little of chicken does not come out to that price, I dnt care how you do the math. It is ridiculously overpriced even for today's economy. I personally think it is a rip off.

Pastor was garbage. Taco was so oily and greasy it was borderline not edible. Churro was stale and fake churro batter. Don't bother with this place for either of those things. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because it wasn't super overpriced.

As you all know by my other reviews I don't usually even rate my bad experiences but this time it was bad. On there wall menu behind the register it says $9.95 for a burrito but they charged me $10.35. They come with 6 extra ingredients but I only wanted onion and cilantro. They upcharge me even though I wasn't getting the other six. Then when I got the burrito it was the size of an egg roll. I could have eaten two even though every other place in the city I go to one is plenty to curb my hunger.

Flavor of the carne asada is pretty good for being a *chain* but their prices and size of the burritos and lack of meat in the tacos is actually disrespectful. Whats up with the miserable middle aged woman at the counter/register, 4 outta 4 times she's got an attitude and stink face.

Tacos if you don’t put sauce they don’t have flavor, meat looks old chicken that they just warmed meat I wish they have better choices of fast tacos .

Went there the other night and had a the single worst dining experience of my life. Service went from bad to worse. I received the wrong item and when I said something both people behind the counter said there is nothing they can do. Tried asking for a manager, then emailed corporate and BIG SURPRISE NO RESPONSE. I will not be coming back due to poor customer service from top to bottom.
