Came in on 07/16/2025 at 9:30, the worker that prepared our order was rude and made me and my sister feel like we were dumb for asking any questions. Very questionable employee. Coming from someone in fast food who would understand but I wouldn’t treat a customer that way. Atleast be courteous. Ice cream was okay though.

First time at cold stone… ice cream was great. Wish the server wouldn’t have given us dirty looks and rolling her eyes for not understanding her question after she mumbled it to us. She shouldn’t have a loose ponytail with long hair in food service. At least the other two girls were kind and had their hair in tight buns. Poor customer service on the one girl .

Came in this evening with my family and my parents, everyone on the team was friendly and attentive with the exception of a girl named (I couldn’t get a clear read on her name tag) but I believe it was Hibaj or Hibej. She made my daughters ice cream incorrectly putting rainbow sprinkles instead of chocolate (my daughter is allergic to rainbow sprinkles) and when I asked if she could switch it out she didn’t say anything but rolled her eyes and huffed and then tossed the incorrectly made ice cream aside and rudely handed me a remade one. Everyone on the team was clearly taking note of the situation. She was unbelievably rude and childish behavior. I Will not be revisiting this location just for her behavior and if this is the behavior the business allows I’ll gladly take my business to the Culver’s across the way where everyone is friendly.

Would give absolutely zero stars if could be. Went in tonight with the app ready on my phone with my BOGO in my inbox. We get to register and take a bite and the reward was not showing up on their register. The young girl got the manager and kept saying their system was not showing up with the reward. They insisted they couldn’t do anything about it. I had the proof on my phone, the women who seemed to be in charged tried to grab my phone. Not sure why when i was clearly showing her the app and how it showed my BOGO reward. Now, with having 25 years of experience in the food industry. This is not how you treat customers, i had the proof. The computer system is not my problem. It’s a simple fix to comp out 1 cup of ice cream instead of turning customers away so easily.

Stopped by Cold Stone on Mannheim for what I thought would be a fun little ice cream break while shopping—what I got instead was a live-action demo of how not to enjoy dessert. We walked in, were greeted by absolutely no one (unless you count blank stares and vibes that screamed “I hate it here”).

After playing a fun game of “guess where the line starts,” we were helped by an older woman whose face only lit up when she talked to another employee—so at least someone was getting good service. She asked for our order in a whisper (maybe it's part of a secret menu experience?), and when my niece picked her topping, the woman handed me the ice cream. My niece? Still standing there. Confused. Classic.

I ordered a second item and—surprise!—no mention of toppings. Apparently those are a special privilege. Another employee eventually took over, rang us up, and finally, we saw it—a smile! It was a Cold Stone miracle.

Maybe they were just having an off night... or maybe this is just the standard. Judging by other reviews, I’m guessing the latter. Guess it’s Ben & Jerry’s for us next time—at least their ice cream doesn’t come with a side of attitude.

The lack of effort from the employees was mind blowing. There was one employee that stood out very sweet girl I believe her name was Sasha. She was going above and beyond to take care of the customers while the other two girls stood in the back on their phones, and when the young girl asked for help the other girl started being rude to her And making remarks in front of me, found that very unprofessional that Megha thought she could yell at her coworker like that. When I called and made the complaint with the manager, she seemed as if she did not care!

Ordered the layered Valentine cake.Very pleased with the quality and taste.Iwould order again .I also the ordered the chocolate covered orange peels$10.00 worth.They were delicious but close to half were not edible.Very hard peel couldn't even bite into them .I was excited to get these,you don't see them too often.The ones that were edible were very good.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming service that prioritizes Door Dash orders over actual customers. . More concerned about cleaning the dishes than serving ice cream. Stingy on toppings.

We ordered milkshakes and 2 out of the 3 were wrong. We ordered a banana ice cream with strawberries and chocolate fudge. There were no strawberries and no chocolate fudge. We paid extra for the fudge. The other on was dark chocolate with strawberries. Again there were no strawberries. This is the second time this has happened. We will not try a third time.

Customer service was great, but I was very disappointed with the coconut 🥥 ice cream. Before you decided what ice cream to get, I suggest try it before paying and then realizing you wasted your money. Coconut tasted like vanilla/vanilla bean is not COCONUT ......it sucks, I was so excited to come here....first time and went home 🙁😔.
