Deli Time is convenient for a quick bite, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. The menu looks promising with plenty of sandwich and salad options, but the execution doesn’t quite live up to expectations. The ingredients taste a bit bland and not as fresh as they should be, and the portions are smaller than you’d hope for the price.

The service is hit or miss—sometimes friendly, other times rushed and inattentive. During busy hours, orders can take longer than expected, and a few small details, like missing condiments or mix-ups, seem to happen too often. The dining area is clean but lacks much atmosphere, feeling more functional than inviting.

While it works in a pinch if you’re nearby and need something fast, Deli Time doesn’t stand out among local lunch spots. With fresher ingredients and more attention to detail, it could improve—but for now, it’s a two-star experience.

Last night after a long hiatus we stopped into Mortons In Rosemont! I have eaten at the Original on State street so I wasn't sure what to expect. I believe we showed up a few minutes before they opened for dinner.... Our mistake after shopping at the Fashion Outlets nearby. We realized that we were the 1st there and felt bad! However we were immediately greeted and welcomed in! We were seated and waited on by Suzanne whom was obviously a pro at her job! We did their Porter Steak Dinner that's literally enough for 2 huge guys, and we had the most amazing experience! I eat at many fine restaurants but this was a wonderful time and fabulous meal. Suzanne just made us feel comfortable and like we were regulars! I'm sure we will be back soon! 5 stars ++++++

What an experience from the atmosphere, to the amazing staff, and the delicious food. Morton’s does not disappoint.

Over priced. Rubbery chicken and breakfasts that are lower than hotel continental quality.

It's conveniently located and the people working here are very friendly and willing to help but the quality of the food and prices are awful. Coffee was cold, Venetian panini sandwich that I ordered was just like simple bread and meat. Don't think will come here again.

Prices continue to go up. Not a lot of value for the money.
