I usually order here during my commute to Rosemont. Figured I would become a familiar face considering im served by the same guy EVERY TIME. Today, 12/17, someone else took my order right before I got there. The guy serving showed no remorse or resolve to helping me get my order. In his words, it was my fault. Ordering here beforehand is a gamble. I suggest they actually check patrons phone for the order receipt.. how they do it at other dunkins

Horrible horrible, I’ve reported about 3 times and nothing. I didn’t want to post anything on here because i genuinely thought they might do something about this issue… clearly not. I come here once in a while and these people really are disgusting. Never wash their hands, never wear gloves and that’s how they serve you. I bought from here this morning and the guy behind the counter cleaned his nose, wipes his hands on his shirt and processed to get my drink with his hands..

These people don’t wash their hands they barely speak any English, this morning I asked the male worker if he had apple fritter and if I could redeem it with donut points rewards I also had enough points for bakery I gave him my phone and asked which one should I redeem he pressed the one for donut and he scanned my points but then when I said I wanted the apple fritter he said it was 3 dollars refused to give me my rewards back or a donut or my apple fritter he called this woman manager and also refused to give me anything do not buy from this dirty ignorant location I left angry empty handed and no rewards back

Hot coffee is terrible.. I get a plain black coffee ,I have even tried hot plain tea.. it tastes horrible. Maybe it's the water or something , like there equipment needs to be cleaned. I've given them benefit of doubt.. Not wasting my money anymore

i order from here at least once a week and it’s usually fine, but on 10/19 i guess not. the man behind the counter at around 11 am not only made my sandwich entirely wrong (wrong bread and cheese), but he additionally didn’t put cold foam on my coffee. this is fine, because i had time to ask him to add it bc i know it’s an easy fix, but he proceeded to argue with me over it, even though i made it a point to be polite and mention that the only reason i was even asking was because i paid the dollar upcharge for it. so incredibly rude

It was a nightmare. The woman behind the counter was terrible. I ordered coffee, she asked if I wanted cream and sugar, I said no. Then she gave me coffee that was already with cream and sugar. When I told her I wanted plain black coffee, she started yelling and complaining why I didn’t say it right away. She pulled out another cup from under the counter (maybe even from the trash, I couldn’t see where it came from), but she definitely didn’t inspire any trust. So I ended up pouring the coffee out

Hate this!!! Not only giving customer not so hot drinks but also behaving rude with customers. Haven’t faced this kind of issue in any other Dunkin except this!!
