Hot coffee is terrible.. I get a plain black coffee ,I have even tried hot plain tea.. it tastes horrible. Maybe it's the water or something , like there equipment needs to be cleaned. I've given them benefit of doubt.. Not wasting my money anymore

i order from here at least once a week and it’s usually fine, but on 10/19 i guess not. the man behind the counter at around 11 am not only made my sandwich entirely wrong (wrong bread and cheese), but he additionally didn’t put cold foam on my coffee. this is fine, because i had time to ask him to add it bc i know it’s an easy fix, but he proceeded to argue with me over it, even though i made it a point to be polite and mention that the only reason i was even asking was because i paid the dollar upcharge for it. so incredibly rude

It was a nightmare. The woman behind the counter was terrible. I ordered coffee, she asked if I wanted cream and sugar, I said no. Then she gave me coffee that was already with cream and sugar. When I told her I wanted plain black coffee, she started yelling and complaining why I didn’t say it right away. She pulled out another cup from under the counter (maybe even from the trash, I couldn’t see where it came from), but she definitely didn’t inspire any trust. So I ended up pouring the coffee out

Hate this!!! Not only giving customer not so hot drinks but also behaving rude with customers. Haven’t faced this kind of issue in any other Dunkin except this!!

Found a hair on my coffee cup and they dont scan dunkin app properly.
Horrible customer service. The staff is unable to cancel the order and I had to pay for something I did not want. Please be careful with your order since the staff is not trained with the tech systems!!

I don't usually write reviews. But why did that have to change the crew. NOW THERE ARE SOME LADIES WITH ATTITUDE THERE NOW. I don't like it . I go in every day and get my coffee there.. and all last week service was terrible and coffee was not even warm. I miss my old crew.. GUYS, YOU NEED TO COME BACK FOR REAL... These young ladies are NOT CUTTING IT.. Tomorrow ( 1/10/2023 ) if I get my coffee messed up again. I will not be back.. and I have 3 others Dunkin I can go to. But you hey are by my house. I loved that Rosemont station because I would get to work and my coffee is full and nice and hot... Last week was not a good week as for they always giving me coffee that's not up to par. And today being Monday and I get a cold coffee not a good way to start my week off.. and you guys know that when I tip I always asked how many ppl are back there today and they say three then I give five dollars for each one...now I have to go get my coffee before I get on the train.. NOT COOL.. you guys need to come back.. please. Since you guys left my coffee hasn't tasted the same..Your very sad and unhappy customer... S.V.
