There was a fire alarm which the fire department came , we evacuated the building then went back after some time. Just an eventful dinner evening and a bit of a damper on the birthday celebration

The experience was mid at best and i will mot be returning. We had to request the premium meats that were in included with our indulgent experience which was very unfortunate and tome consuming because of the wait between each request. The sides hot and cold (including salad bar)were definitely not worth the extra money neither was the added on lobster tail. Everything lacked flavor. The plantains were horrible and mushy like baby food. The lamb chops were grainy and tasted like the animal it was. I didn't eat any chicken but everyone who did have it liked it. Specifically the chicken breast! The only other the positives were our waiters and the managers were very attentive, friendly,accommodating, and welcoming! The creme brûlée cheesecake was the star of the dinner! The wait was 30min with reservations and were not given a buzzer until after the 30min wait. We did have to wait 10 of the 30min for our entire party to arrive before being seated so we understood that but everything else after was incomprehensible. Including having to keep approaching the service desk to ask when we will be seated after 30min had passed which then we received the buzzer and continued to wait another 10min.

We were celebrating our 53rd anniversary and truly enjoyed everything about Fogo. Cocktails were excellent as well as all aspects of our meal, including dessert.

We have been to this location before and we received fantastic service, so we were really excited to go back again to use my birthday reward. When I say this visit blew the previous one out of the water, I mean it! We arrived about 25 minutes early to our 6pm reservation and were able to be seated right away. Our server Unique was INCREDIBLE!!!! We could not recommend her more, honestly! She was so fun and looked like she really wanted to be there! I've been a server before and I know how difficult the job can be, but she did it with a smile the whole time! The food options were awesome, the salad bar is awesome, the drinks are awesome. I couldn't be more impressed! We even asked if she could bring out some sweetened condensed milk for the plantains (an insider tip we were given last time we were in) and they brought out the plantains not only with the milk, but also covered in berries and powdered sugar!!! I mean come on! It doesn't get any better than this. Also, Chad, who I believe was the MOD, was so incredibly friendly. He recognized my area code for my phone number as being from close to his home town. He stayed and chatted briefly about our common locations! I am already excited to come back again, just because of those two wonderful people. Unique and Chad, thank you for making our visit extra special!!! You guys truly are the best!!!!!

We had what felt like a VIP experience. Manager Nick and Nate were so attentive and generous to our table. Will def be back soon!

Food wasn't the issue. It was the lack of professionalism. For the amount the restaurant charges one would expect waiters to conduct in a more professional matter. I can understand a joke or two by our waitress but to constantly be joking through out our stay was highly unprofessional. We would ask for something and her instant response would be “no” followed by an awkward laugh on our part. I had a serious request. I asked if a dessert could be brought out for my wife's birthday. She then proceeded to bring out the happy birthday dessert, gives it to the wrong guest in our table and after told several times that she wasn't the birthday girl, the waitress continued to disregard the several comments from other table members telling her that she had the wrong birthday girl, lights the candle and then acts all confused when we physically switched the plate. Honestly it was a terrible and awkward experience at this location. I will not be returning.

So busy! The service was not superb. Its okay. The waiter only comes once. The lobster served warm i was expecting hot food and freshly cook.

Service at this location is not consistent. It's either great service and food or they forget about you and you're sitting there with no meats coming to the table. Our experience last night was the latter. Got to speak with the general assistant manager but the service did not change after that. Unfortunate. Hopefully the next visit will be great.

We were seated but only given 1 menu had to ask for another one after ordering we waited for the cut of meats to come out but it was only two types and it was the same ones over and over we had to ask for the rest and when they did come out they were served to other tables and had to ask again and were told to relax and wait. I thought that to be rude considering we asked for those cuts not the other tables but by the time we were ready to leave all the cuts of meats started to come out . I expected all of what was on the menu to be served not so much.
