Gibsons, famous for its steak. It’s not just the taste, but the polite and friendly staff that make you want to come back. I only ordered one burger, but they split it in half and served it on two separate plates. I was pleasantly surprised by their thoughtfulness and really appreciated it.

Honestly, this place has been great in the past, but I'm sitting here eating a flavorless steak and a potato that tastes like dirt and it's a little hard to digest the 200 dollar tab.

First time at Gibsons but love all Gibson managed restaurants. Andrew our server took great care of us. We had the crab avocado which is super flavorful and the crab was fresh. The halibut was beautifully presented. We also had the Caesar salad which was properly prepped- slightly salty with the flavor or anchovies. No time (or room) dessert as we walked a short distance to the theater to see a show. There were many people there who were heading to shows though so plan accordingly with your reservations!

I was part of a group dinner and was unimpressed. The service was fairly good, but it felt like they were rushing us to finish quickly. For example, the servers were trying to take salad and bread plates away before people had even finished that course. Also, the concept and menu is simply outdated and uninspired. It was the typical steakhouse set up with a meat and two sides. It takes very little creativity or talent to bury something in butter, cheese, cream, and/or salt and put it on a plate with a couple of sides that are also buried in butter, cheese, cream, and/or salt. I know a lot of people like that kind of thing, I guess I’m not one of them. I think it’s lazy, especially for the price. Take some notes from Eleven Madison Park in New York and show me something exceptional for this kind of price point.

Celebrating my birthday… excellent staff and top notch service with a smile. Our server Ryan was very knowledgeable of the various items on the menu and gave us such a descriptive overview. We were very impressed with everyone. Steaks were cooked to perfection as we ordered them, enjoyed the raisin bread and the slice of carrot cake was enough to be enjoyed for several days.

We took my son,daughter -in-law and their two young children out to Gibsons for my son's 36th birthday.The food was fantastic and the service was spectacular.Special thanks to our server Jordan.He has a great personality and anticipated our needs.The GM,Clay, introduced himself and made sure everything was perfect.In summary,Jordan and Clay gave us alot of attention which was deeply appreciated.We will return often!

Very unprofessional staff, especially one of the managers. I overheard him gossiping about waitstaff and customers that were presently dining. Making comments from weight to race…. Definitely a racist. My first question is how do you conduct yourself this way in such a beautiful establishment? Why are you so willing to do this in front of paying customers? I have frequented here on all my business trips but this dining experience was for sure my last! Sad but will find another place to dine.
