Picked up a carryout order and they failed to put any utensils or napkins or forks or anything in the bag with the carryout order call the back and asked if someone could bring up utensils to my hotel room which is in the same building and they said no that's against their policy. Hard to eat a salad without a knife and fork very disappointing service foods always so good services very mediocre

Food and service were excellent...our server made us feel like we were sharing in a decades old tradition of dining. The steaks were cooked to perfection and timing of courses was on point. It's clear from the packed rooms that lots of business deals and family events are celebrated here on a daily basis. The atmosphere was anything but quiet.

The atmosphere was unbearably loud, the service rushed and incongruent (brought our steak out before our salads...did we really get a fresh cooked steak after???), quality of the food, meh (lump of meat on a plate, woody ends left on the asparagus, blob of potato)! Wine list marginal 🤷♀️. That said, the bartender in the bar area made a fantastic martini. Cheers (but I wouldn't rush back to the restaurant)

Gibsons exceeded expectations yet again. Our server Milo and the kitchen staff were so accommodating with requests and our meal was served hot, quickly with steaks cooked to perfection.

I had an amazing time at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse (Rosemont)! The filet was perfectly cooked, the creamed spinach was amazing too! Great place! Looking forward to going back again soon!

I guess I should have had a steak, all the reviews for that were great but I was in the mood for baby bank ribs. Unless you like pulling the meat off your ribs with a fork & steak knife I'd suggest ordering something else. Staff was great, drinks were great, atmosphere was great.... the ribs weren't.
