I ordered from here and got a pancake meal with cheesey scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and normal pancakes and instead of giving me pancakes they just added more toast plus it was cold.

I have to say I like IHOP the all American diner. To me the food is always fresh. The coffee! And Iāve never had bad service. The Rosemont location is always busy. Everyone always very friendly. I still think they have the best pancakes so if youāre looking for the all-American diner, itās still IHOP and would I go back most definitely Good food, reasonable prices one of my favorite breakfast places!

Our server, Harwa, was the best, most pleasant, personable server I have EVER HAD!!! The food was perfect and everything was great!

Food was great! But the service, well if I could rate a zero I would. My waitress was next to us and didnāt even do a thing, it took very long to assist us. And the place was empty with maybe another couple-but yeah she came when she was done with her conversation. Even Her coworker even said āyour table is doneā and her response was āI donāt careā. Wow that was very professional, and also talking to other staff about her being letās say a ā lady workerā that does things to men for $50 an hour. Iām sorry I donāt want to hear that nasty stuff while I eat. And the cherry on top, automatic charging 20% tip! Iām sorry so I change that to $4 dollars, and thatās was being nice, I could have been no tip! So yeah never coming back. This happened Aug 28 around 11pm.

Excellent service despite rolling in at 9 PM on Memorial Day evening. We weren't certain what to expect due to those circumstances, but the food was great and the restaurant was clean and quiet.

Have been to a few ihops across the country, In many they seem to rush the pancakes and once on the plate they separate while you eat them. And the size (diameter ) is all over the place up to an inch difference!!
