We went for dinner on a Sunday evening and had an hour-long wait for a table. I can't blame the restaurant for that, it's on us for picking the worst time to go. I ordered a sampler plate. They got the order wrong after another long wait but they fixed the problem okay. The food is typical chain food. The atmosphere is typical chain atmosphere. Prices are typical chain prices. TBH, the only reason I went is one member of our party was in the mood for their ribs. I wasn't too impressed. The staff was friendly but otherwise... Meh.

We ordered ,3 bbq ribs which were delicious. BUT for sides we ordered 3 BAKED potatoes loaded... However we got ,3 loaded MASHED potatoes even though the order taker repeated back the order. We ordered ,2 side house salads ..one with 1000 island dsg We got Bleu cheese and were told they had NO 1000 island dsg. We ordered a Caesar side salad BUT got a salad with iceberg (NOT ROMAINE) lettuce...duh. All our order was repeated back by the order taker We drove 30 miles home to eat to find out our order was messed up. NOT happy customers!!!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I placed an order for them through Doordash, the curly fries were so tough that I could not bite through them! How long do they have to sit around waiting to be asked to the Ball before they turn into leather pieces. Well whatever time it takes mine were there! I went to Chili's/It's Just Wings to convey my disappointment for something I paid for. I spoke with a manager by the name of Jeanine who took my information and stated the refund had to come from Doordash. I was supposed to get a refund within a week. That refund did not happen; some of the info that was submitted was incorrect. Ms. Jeanine corrected and submitted it again and forwarded a copy of the email to me. There was still some incorrect info on the email so I responded to the email she sent with the correct info. To date I still have not received my refund. I guess that's one way to keep both companies from issuing a refund but what it also does is assure me that I will never give them my money for them to give me something I DID NOT pay for.
I was a little disappointed in the service when the place was 80% empty. Server didn’t know the menu at all, couldn’t answer questions. Food was mediocre at best, and the chicken was so dry and overcooked with no flavor. It was awful, but certainly not to the level that you have to pay for it. I would say I would not return to a Chilis again.

This place is close to my work, so a coworker and I figured to give it a shot. Couldnt find them cause they are located in a closed down chili's and has not changed out signage, it looks like a chili's. I only ate a few of my wings cause they justed tasted off and then found some with blood. The following day my coworker and myself were both sick to the stomach and hitting the toliet all morning.I was highly disappointed because wings are supposed to be main food there, " just wings". If they cant get that right, whats the point. Would not come back even if the food was free.
