Stopped in for a couple of subs. Restaurant seemed organized and clean. Was greeted promptly by friendly staff. We took our food to go. Sandwiches were good and prices were average for the area.

I let them know I was gonna write a review and wanted to mention them. Brittany and Julie were so nice with making my experience smooth and friendly. made an online order customized my sandwich but didn't receive how I ordered it. called the jj store. person answered said ill bring you what u ordered in 5 minutes. never showed up. be sure to check your orders

I don't know when it became exceptable to have the music so loud inside the store that it's hard to place your order. Let alone have a conversation with people you are sitting with. Hey Manager of this location, just fyi, no one wants to be blown away by some (sounded like) indian fushion rap music at volums so loud we felt we were at a wedding in India.

They stole $11 from a buddy of mine! They don’t give refunds. They ignore messages. They always close 30 min before closing. They never have enough bread and constantly run out before closing time so they lock the doors so customers can’t get in. The management here is horrendous. They constantly get online food orders wrong. STAY AWAY!!

Customer service is the worst in this location, employee in front counter had headset. Didn’t even acknowledge me. They have the nerve to tell me that she was waiting for my order. Unbelievable. Manager also said the same thing that the employee was waiting for my order. Ridiculous team. And the guy giving me the order was mean mugging me and didn’t say anything at all. Do how do you want me to feel as a customer. Rude location avoid!!

This location is dirty. Several employees not in uniform so it’s uncomfortable seeing plain clothed people walking behind the counter to grab items. Someone reached in front of me while I was ordering to grab himself a drink cup and then filled it up. Dodd he work there? Maybe? Bathrooms have leaky toilets, tile is falling off from the wall, the back door has a gap that I’m sure let critters in. This place just gives an ick vibe. I can’t imagine I’ll be back.
