Food was great but our waitress was less enthusiastic. Waitress was sorta cold and almost robot like without any empathy. Would have been nice if she would have noticed it was a special evening for us. It was a 5 year anniversary. We saw the nice card on the table congratulating us on our anniversary. Wasn't looking for fireworks or balloons, but perhaps in the future the waitress could ask if this was a special occasion or management could inform the waitress that it was a special occasion.
Our appetizers and dinner and dessert and drinks were all excellent. Morton's has new items on the menu and all I can say is they've changed for the better. Will definitely be back. It was all delicious!!!
The food is incredible. Service was good and friendly. Only thing I would change would be to have signage to tell new patrons that dining room is downstairs. Caused a little confusion for us. But a very small inconvenience for the level of the food. Would always recommend. Not cheap but worth every penny.
We had an excellent time at Mortons Rosemont; we were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary! Carlos our server was gracious and efficient. He took our picture with his camera and printed it out; table had already been set with an anniversary card as well as flowers. Aside from our delicious steaks we had a complimentary dessert to top it all. It was an anniversary not to be forgotten thanks to Carlos and the Mortons establishment
I was at Mortons with three of my friends. It was kind of a girls night out. I have to say the manager Ryan addressed a concern that I had and I am happy to say thank you to Ryan. I had a boneless ribeye steak, which was excellent. Our drinks were excellent and of course John the bartender did a great job. My friends and I go there regularly and I am excited for the weather to warm up because Mortons rosemont has a beautiful outside patio !
I've been to many steak houses and have always been let down by the steak. I grill steak often at home and find that steak just never lives up to that charcoal flavor, sear, and seasoning that I get at home. We had the Tomahawk steak and I was genuinely impressed with how good it was. Appetizers, drinks, side dishes, and service were all excellent. And not insanely priced. Will definitely come back.
I have been a Landry‘s club person for many years. These changes that are going on in Mortons right now in rosemont makes me visit a lot less Bruce John and Meishe as bartenders are great. They are awesome! the management, I don't have that much respect for. Mike He's great but the new manager you have is nothing like the previous ones. The music has changed, which is not to my liking and several people that I've talked to are not happy with Mortons .Morton's is supposed to be at a fine dining steakhouse. There is no interaction with the customers from your new management team before with Patrick MARK and Mike they were always there to greet you and ask if everything was to your liking, I used to go to Morton several times a week now it's probably twice a month. I've talked to several people on At least three different occasion that do not go to Mortons anymore. They go to a competitor down the street. I'm sure this does not make a difference at the corporate level, but I am glad I have so many other choices. The new music that is now playing is not appropriate in my opinion. Again, I have to stress that Bruce, John Meishe and Sean are great employees for you and they are very good bartenders. I used to go there every Friday and bring at least three if not four friends with me like I said before that's not happening every week anymore.
Just a wonderful nice. Food was fantastic, especially trying the Shrimp Louie appetizer, which could be a meal. Best of all was the service. We sat at the bar and service could never be better. Thank you John our bar tender and server. Just a great night and great food.
Great Easter Menu: soft warm onion bread with butter, soup (our choice:onion and lobster bisque), lobster tail and 8 oz steak, ordered single sides: sour cream mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach with mushroom (shared for 2); final course dessert (took home): warm hot chocolate cake, carrot cake. Everything was tasty. Great location. Staff was attentive and accommodating. First time at this location, highly recommend Morton Steak House in Rosemont.
Service wasn't great and the steak wasn't cooked at the temperature I requested.

We had fillets and salmon between the three of us and everything was perfection! Our server was courteous, professional and personable. A quick walk from our hotel which we really appreciated!
We were a large group celebrating my cancer remission. Everyone from the host to the wait staff were kind and attentive and did what they could to make the most of our time there.
Like every Morton’s in USA and international ( 2 in Illinois) everything is great

Reservation was set up with water and plates set up! Bartenders were excellent and Martini's were nice and cold! Mark was there to make sure we were happy and definitely will be back !
Great waitress. Unfortunately I don't recall her name. All the food was delicious. The crème spinach could use a lot less cream and more spinach. The wine mark up was pretty steep but that's at all steak places. Great martini.
