Absolute worst customer service I've ever had. Placed an order and it was left at a random door at the airport after explicit instructions. Spent 2 hours trying to get my money back and I was told the owner is gone for 2 weeks and they cant do anything. Was also told multiple people had the same issue and they cant do anything about it. Fix your system or or figure it out. Never deal with them.

I do not recommend anyone to go there for the chai as its straight up pathetic. Had to throw it away cause we couldn’t even drink it. Its a hot item in winter so ya’ll should do it right.

Mr Broast Rosemont is very underwhelming. I have had the Rosemont location 3 times now, and I have had the Lombard one for years and it is amazing for the zinger burger.
The Rosemont location , should change their name because the efforts put towards- care for food and quality is non existent.

I’m a huge fan of Mr. Broast’s chicken, honey and maple syrup biscuits, and their funnel cake !! Best part is they are open 24/7!!! So whenever you have a craving for their food you can always order!
