Myrick's is the restaurant inside the Sheraton at O'Hare. We had dinner and lunch here during a training conference. Service was always pleasant, friendly, and efficient and the food good. Prices were very reasonable for a hotel restaurant at this location.

We had two $14. meal vouchers and two drink tickets (for wine). The restaurant did NOT honor either of them. Noticed when we got home; we were charged for everything. Should have only been charged less than $15 including tip. Also, the breakfast was over charged.
The restaurant is inside of a hotel (Sheraton If I recall). I went during the day, and it's unclear if it was under renovation at the time. From the looks of it, yes? There was one server/bartender at the time, and she was attentive.The lower score is reflective of the food and cost of the meal. The food quality was that of a fryolator dominated kitchen. I was ravenous after a long early flight, and couldn't even finish my meal. I had a steak sandwich of some sort.I may have caught the restaurant at a bad time for it's display, so benefit of the doubt is there. The service was good, it was only myself there at the time. However, the food was primarily my biggest issue.I probably won't return, but hopefully the manager sees this and reevaluates for the next patron's benefit.

Had a nice dinner here. Mario was a great waiter. One of our party asked for a wine they did not stock. He was able to bring a sample of a similar wine that was very close.

Good food but overpriced for what you get. With it being the only restaurant in the hotel, they really upcharge. The staff is friendly and the food is done well
