For a fast food chain this place is legit. Fresh delicious middle eastern food and fresh baked pita. Love their bowls. The green hot sauce is a flavor bomb. Ask for extra pickles. Def support.

They need more help here cause it can cause long wait times to get your order. Didn't use to be like this. Must be cost cutting

Some of the best falafel pita I've had, always fresh, goes perfect with their veggies. Great place, great service - thank you!

I came in the other day with my kids and the staff was amazing!! The manager, Vince was patient with my youngest child as she tried to order by herself and he took the time to talk with her. He was able to get her over her shyness! Fast service and delicious food. Would definitely recommend eating here again.

Terrible service and terrible staff. Why have people order online if I’m still going to be waiting 30 minutes for my food? Other locations have been very prompt and attentive to my order, but this location is the worst.

Definite changed since the last time I tried it. I used to have cravings for Naf Naf, but am now cured. Everything I got was a half scoop, while any men ahead of me in line got full scoops. I could count my 3 puny pickle slices. What bit of meat you could find was gristly, and all but tasteless. The folks behind the counter didn't seem to speak English so asking for what I wanted was a lesson in frustration. I pointed to the tahini and was barely given enough to moisten one bite. Never got the romaine lettuce. By then, I just wanted to get out. I will not go back, and it wasn't cheap, as the receipt shows.

It's not traditional. It's more like Subway meets Mediterranean.

After a 2mi round trip walk for take-out (was assured everything ordered was in the bag) part of the order was missing. Called the restaurant (btw, not easy to speak with someone, was actually hung up on the first time I got through), I explained the situation and asked to be refunded for the missing item. The person gave the impression I was bother, no recognition the issue. Said she would refund the cost of the missing item but, as of today, the refund has still not hit.
Never going back there!
Note: the partial refund did eventually occur

I guess I was expecting something more along the lines of a typical US Mid-Eastern shawarma restaurant. Instead, Naf Naf is more like a Chipotle-you move along the hot food bar and direct the server to build your plate. The food was disappointing- not very flavorful, very little “spiciness”. Maybe that is the type of food other guests are looking for. I’d have appreciated receiving my dinner on an actual plate rather than on paper.
