Amazing manager , we had an issue with our gift card which was given as a gift . He took care of us promptly and resolved the issue. He also has great staff who work there.

Always short staffed, plus when you ask for a falafel bowl, they never have it pre-made. I get it, they call it fresh, but if they prepare your falafel bowl with all the sauce and veggies, n I have to wait 10 mins for them to fry 5 falafel seems waste of time. Ordered fries n they didn't have em ready so I paid for it thinking I would get the fries few mins later... only to find out they never made any fries, I had to remind them 20 mins later that my fries are still pending.

This place has poor management I saw the manager yelling at his employee I asked him if he was ok and he replied "all management in this company are garbage they don't respect the workers" I feel bad for the workers besides that the food was alright not worth 20 dollars!

I ordered to go. First time trying this restaurant. The taste is good and the food is fresh but oh my God…the portions are insanely small!! I didn’t know there were a chain. There are plenty of Mediterranean restaurants in the city that offer the same selection of food, same taste, or better, way larger portions, and way less expensive. Sadly, won’t be coming back.
