I was staying at the hotel because of a missed layover, and I grabbed the chicken tacos for dinner. I was really pleased! The chicken had a kick to it, the salsa and pico were great, and the tortillas were delicious!

Small problems that were addressed immediately regarding billing. Called reached front desk issue was investigated and matter solved now just waiting on refund. Overall decent customer experience minus the error
The room was very nice and comfortable except at night for some reason it became stuffy. This happens at many hotels, it would be nice if Dana were available. There was some repair going on in the hotel restaurant but it was open most of the time. They were able to accommodate our oversized truck and were very nice.
I checked in and front desk asked me if I wanted daily housekeeping service. I told her that I did. Never got it. I had to call everyday for that service. Then everytime I left my room, upon return, my room key was demagnetized. Never had it close to my phone as they instructed. Then I noticed the hotel charged me for my entire stay upon checking in. I went to the front desk and asked why they don't charge at checkout like most hotels I've stayed in. He explained that's how Hyatt does it. 4 days later, I saw my funds returned then they charged me the full price 2 days after checkout. You charge me at the beginning or the end. Not messing around with my funds. Extremely dissatisfied
Overall, my recent trip to the Hyatt Rosemont located at Chicago O'Hare International Airport was satisfactory. I decided to stay at this property because of the close proximity to the airport, specifically Terminal 5 which I flew in and out of. The general spaces including the lobby and dining areas were well kept and clean. I stayed in a king room on a high floor as I requested. After checking in, the room and bathroom were clean as expected. However, the bathroom had a faint odor of urine which did not go away throughout the duration of my stay. Additionally, the bathtub drain was slow to drain the water when taking a shower so there was about 2 inches of water that sat in the tub until the water stopped running. While my overall stay at this property was satisfactory, I will probably choose a different property to stay at in the vicinity during my next visit. Stayed one night. very friendly and helpful staff. easy check-in. clean rooms. comfortable bed. Quiet—do not hear planes at O’Hare. Easy access. convenient location near shopping, airport, highway, and public transportation.
Hyatt hotels USED to be a great experience. It gave you that plush feel years ago. Now the hotel brand is running down hill fast to become equal to a Doubletree or Crown Plaza type second hand me down lodging
Good night to stay to catch an early flight the next morning. Also great advantage to Hyatt members as they provide you access to a private lounge. The airport shuttle services runs every 15 and can even be tracked on there locations from the website for your convenience.

I was very very satisfied with my stay here at your property. You made it very enjoyable and easy to stay. I enjoyed it as my home away from home for 3 days! I’ll definitely look forward to staying there again next time.
This hotel is amazing and it has a great location within Rosemont. Friendly staff. Always clean. Food is so tasty. Easy to get to and from the airport and close to the train if you want to go downtown.
The surroundings and decor are first class. The staff is very attentive, as you approach them, they seem to have this sixth sense. Never hesitant. The answer is immediate. The area is quite safe and full of activities from which to choose. Finally, location, location, location. O’Hare Airport is just a quick 7-10 minute ride away.
The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The rooms were clean but slightly dated. That being said, we were well cared for by the staff and that is what is most important. We needed help with an extra problem concerning the reservation. The staff was very quick to be helpful.
From checking in to checking out, my experience at the Hyatt Rosemont was such a pleasant stress free stay. Slept good, ate good and friendliness all throughout. It's a great place for meetings in all sizes. My group was for 95 people and we had plenty of space, including table for refreshments.
