This was a terrible experience. The manager on duty spent more time on his cell phone taking pictures of his employees and texting than pushing his employees or himself to work. The employees also do not listen and kept supplying me with things I didn't ask for even though I spoke clearly. When I asked for sweet and sour sauce, I was given soy sauce. I had to ask for sweet and sour sauce four times before they got it right. The service was slow, the pop stand counter was filthy, and it seems clear the manager is more concerned with being friends with his employees than doing a good job of keeping an efficient and clean establishment. The manager saw me looking at him while he was on his phone and did not stop texting and taking pictures. This man needs to be written up or fired!

Ordered through the Panda Express app. Terrible mistake. Food never even arrived to my house. When calling the store for assistance as the app directs, they proceeded to leave me on hold for 45 minutes and never refunded or provided me with any food.

If i wanted a styrofoam box full of oil I would have saved my $13 went to the target across the street and buy a bottle of canola oil for $3 and drink that instead. Can I get the food part???
