The store is conviently located directly inside the Hyatt. The prices are high - as expected being in a hotel. Sad news is that the prices aren't indicated so you don't know how much things are until you get to the register. I went to this place multiples times and they asked for a tip to put my items in a bag everytime. Ugh.

Not actually a Starbucks.

Saw the "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" sign and thought they took a Starbucks giftcard. This is because I not only saw the sign, but a digital menu with Starbucks-branded signage that listed the prices. I was told "No" in the most offended way possible by one of the staff. No effort to explain that the Hilton across the street is a licensed store and can take the card. Just looked at me as if I were less than a person. Gee, thanks - jerk.

This place has no price tags on anything! In this day and age, how is that acceptable? You only find out your total after you wait in a super long line for 15 minute and then they ring it in. Seriously?! When I asked why they don’t label prices they said it’s been like this for 12 years. Wow! These guys seem to be stuck in the past and no one questions them since this us a hotel with people that come and go.

Great food and great service. They speak Spanish. Speak Spanish to them and they will hdlp you. We are from San Antonio, TX where we know tacos and enchiladas. The verde enchiladas were amazing! The ambiance is spectachlar!

I was impressed with my stay at this hotel while attending the Powder & Bulk Solids 2023 Conference. Breakfast buffet was excellent; the staff were professional and ultra-helpful and could not be more pleased with my experience. The hotels in the Rosemont area are all interconnected via corridors, connecting to the Donald E. Stephens convention center and several restaurants. Regardless, the area is packed with entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. Well done!

Hotel and staff were great. Only issue I had was getting a mobile key for my room. The front desk advised they could not authorize it, as it had to be done through the app. I never received one. I still rate the hotel with a high rating.

Wonderful connection to O'Hare, good breakfast, and fantastic customer service from reception staff to housekeeping to restaurant staff! Will definitely come back again. Great connection to Park, Sleep and Fly!

Top notch pace to stay for several reasons: great location next to and connected to Stephens convention center. Staff was awesome. Property itself is first class. Very nice atrium. Decent sized rooms and very quiet.

We came to Chicago for a convention and stayed here because of the proximity and skywalk linking hotel and convention center. The property is beautiful and I had no issue with anything about the grounds or room. It was perfectly lovely. There was a hockey convention that same weekend for what looked like 5-7 grade guys and those parents staying there let their kids run up and down halls screaming, yelling, pushing every elevator button possible before running off and laughing, and this was all day and night until they finally fell asleep, but it was well after midnight on Friday night and close to 1 am Saturday. I wish the hotel would have at least been encouraging for them to stop their runnings after 11 to be considerate of people wanting to sleep. Breakfast buffet and omelette station was delicious but really overpriced. There's a 7-11 at the outlets 0.5 miles away so don't buy their $8 per bottle domestic beer and overpriced food and walk down to the liquor store and convenience store for snacks and drinks for your room.

Need to fix size of bathrooms and add a better laid out restaurant staff. Everything seemed to have no order to it. There was a youth hockey tournament going on and kids were running around everywhere and going up a down escalator and running around the main areas. I wish someone had said something

The Hyatt Regency O’Hare failed to deliver even nominal hospitality on Saturday 04/22/2023. Despite the tiny rooms, I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times because of its close proximity to ORD. I will never stay there again. The Hyatt Regency was hosting an event for children ages 2-10. There were gangs of kids running around screaming until almost 11pm with zero parental supervision. Many guests complained and the hotel staff and security did not intervene. Kids were throwing things, sliding down the escalator handrail, running into guests while the parents got drunk at the bar. For a few extra alcohol sales dollars, the Hyatt Regency knowingly ripped off its non-event guests. When I checked out and was asked about my stay, I stated that Saturday night was absolutely unacceptable. The desk clerk acknowledged things were totally out of control and then offered me a coupon for a coffee at the to go cafe. Seriously! Avoid the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We were there for a hockey tournament. Staff was friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. Multiple food and drink options. Starbucks on site. Close to highway and airport but noise was not an issue. Would stay again.
