Our horrible experience had everything to do with the bartender Trevor. Immediately, he gave us a cold shoulder and served every table around us multiple times before speaking to us once. Then, as we asked about the menu he had nothing but snarky remarks as if we had done anything to this boy. We ordered Pete's Harder Pina Colada and we were served a Jet Pilot. Not only did it taste nothing like a Pina Colada, it even came in the same cup as advertised for the Jet Pilot. Even more annoyingly, rather than just accepting his mistake Trevor argued with us and even took a sip out of our beverage without asking, this was disgusting. At the end of our miserable time there due to him, he placed the cherry on top by lying about giving us a discount, please find a better Monday night bartender.

Not a fan. Definitely just a bar with extra seats. The drinks are expensive and don’t taste good at all. I had read a review that that they all tasted like tequila and they do. My friends and I only finished half our drinks. Let’s talk about the food, you have to order from the restaurant that is next door which was not that good either. They give you plastic wear and foam plates. You have to order on your phone and wait. Honestly not worth going. There are better places with better options in the area. And if you are looking for tiki go somewhere else.

Our bartender ANGIE WAS AMAZING !!! It was our first time here and she came to our table with a smile every time. Coming back just to see her. Drinks were great the service was great.

We had pretty high hopes. Yet… No one came to our table to take our drink order, we went up to the bar which was fine, it wasn’t even that busy and a man who was not a busser walked around several times doing nothing. Then a bartender came out to take 2 tables orders, but didn’t come to ours.
First time here. Slow night but had a great time. Food was good quality and not just average bar fare. Steve the bartender was quick with the drinks and helpful with recommendations! “Jet Pilot” is the drink to try!

Whoever the bartender is that closes on Monday nights—extremely rude and condescending. I hope the owner sees this and has a talk with him about his attitude and him intentionally closing the bar early. And if he IS the owner—do better amigo.Will not be returning to this establishment, and will be spreading the word.

The Tiki Hut was clean and had a nice decor, but that is the one positive thing I can say about this place. The drinks are way over priced for what you get. I ordered the Jungle Bird. For $15, I got what amounted to two mouthfuls of liquid in a sippy cup that was stuffed with a piece of pineapple. The registers are set to charge what amounts to a $4 per drink. The bathroom sink was filled with vomit and other debris and was out of toilet paper. Needless to say I will not be going back.
