No inside seating, pickup only. Was expecting experience to be much smoother, much faster, especially since 1 of only 2 cars in drive thru. Food was ok, minus the slices of chocolate - which were dry.

I had an issue with Uber eats where the order I received was completely incorrect. I went back myself after Uber wasn’t much help. I asked when I arrived if they had my correct order there by chance but was prepared to just reorder the missing items. The manager asked me to come around and proceeded to re fire the entire meal. I was astonished by that level of customer service and will continue to hold portillos as a go to business for family and friends. They stand by their product and truly care about the customer. I wish I had the name of the manager to give her her proper thanks for an amazing experience.

They don’t accept cash and don’t have any signs indicating such and don’t bother telling you until after your card is processed and you get to the pickup window where they say you owe $1.10 and won’t accept the only cash you have since the card is empty. Instead of letting you have the cheese they take it off the order. Portillo’s is hurting for $1.10 even though you have the money to pay it just not on a card.

I’ve been here twice, I live locally and both visit I was dissatisfied with something. This last time was the salad. The lettuce was wilted and there was no blue cheese. Like I felt like maybe I’ll ask for extra blue cheese just to make sure I get some. Perhaps the salad is already mixed and when they go to portion the salad all the cheese falls to the bottom on the bin. I guess for my salad I will have to drive out to the next location in park ridge across from the hospital. A little out my way but I guess that’s what I’m left to do.

I just sold 100 shares of my PTLO stock/sitting here at the Rosemont location waiting in drive-thru for a big beef and fries. Once Portillos gets the druve-thru process down they'll be okay. This location is near the airport employees would like to stop by and grab lunch but they don't have lot's of time to wait 8 to 12 minutes for a beef sandwich come on guys......missing sales due to being too slow.

Always always always check your stuff before leaving. I was just going to ignore the constant little missing things, no butter with bread, no croutons with salad, sandwiches not prepared correctly, etc. It's all little things that are annoying but not the end of the world. But, once again, missing item (croutons again) and no utensils. Kinda hard to eat a salad without a fork.
More so I'm just tired of all the constant little inconsistencies that would never happen at any other portillos

I literally just got home and realized that I was given a completely different order and am missing the chopped salad I ordered. My fault for not double checking as I was handed the bag. There’s no point in going back now but I am highly disappointed that I just wasted my money here and am missing the main part of my order.

Very sad how bad Portillo's has gotten. Last 3 times we've gone we were given very hard old bread for our snadwiches/croissants, the Italian beef is a very thin/grey/fatty cheaper mess and the service at this new location is embarrassing. How can a store so new have such unenthusiastic/lazy staff? This location is literally across the street from Ohate and 1/2 a dozen hotels. It should have a line of cars down the street. Please bring back the original beef that you see in those huge billboards on I-294 and make sure you do not serve old bread, ty.
