Had dinner with some friends and family Saturday night. First time here, our server Anny was very kind and helpful. We ordered appetizers and dinner and everything was amazing. The children order some shakes, which Anny brought out in between app and dinner and was perfect, it kept them busy so we could talk and enjoy. I would definitely come back here, very family friendly and reasonable and wonderful staff and food.

I can't pop out 5 stars here. Maybe they are between managers and kitchen crew, but the full on customer service part of good dining is not here yet. There's plenty of potential but they need a pro at the helm.

I made a reservation through OPENTABLE. I added a special note stating it's a surprise birthday celebration for my Fiance. I also called the morning of to confirm the reservation and said it's a surprise birthday party. When we arrived there was not a hostess at stand. We saw the rest of our party & sat ourselves. We ordered our food and I spilled my drink while server (Alex V. ) was taking my order. Instead of getting napkins to clean up the spill he stood there and attempted to continue take my order. I had to ask for napkins and he said "Do you want the napkins now or after you order the food?" I told him "now thanks", eventhough he saw the drink spill over table and menu. The food came promptly & tasted good. My fiance order a cake but no candle was added or an acknowledgment of his birthday. Lastly when we all received our bill, the server Alex V., stood over each person as we signed and added tip which to me was overbearing.

Our business lunch was very enjoyable while dinning at Ram. Very clean, friendly staff, always great food. Lauren was a great server to us. Also, thank you to Store leader Danny greeting us on the way out to our next stop.

Sometimes when you are out of town with little free time, familiar places can be your friend. This was our hope with today's visit to The Ram location in Rosemont, IL. We had been to the Indianapolis location a number of times and was happy enough. The location in Rosemont, however, delivered some of the worst service that we have ever had. We ordered two burgers, a beer, a cocktail, a kids pasta and a Sprite. The food came out just fine, but the drinks? They never materialized. 30 minutes and nothing (nary a check-in from out waiter either). Finally, we flagged another waitress down and explained that, "Hey, we know that you're not the person to handle this, but we havent gotten our drinks." She brings the Sprite (which was merely fizzy water with no syrup) and goes to check on the bar drinks. 20 minutes later, we are largely done with our meal, and a manager comes to inquire about issues we had. Offered to comp drinks, but we were ready to leave. Terrible experience, and we never did get our drinks. The lady (presumably an employee) in the back talking loudly on her phone did though! At least three of them just while we were there.

We had a party of nine and all of our entrees were delicious! The fish & chips were the best I've ever had, my daughter had a taco bowl, and my wife had a mushroom burger. The drinks were also great, only issue we had was the appetizers came out after our entrees so we sent them back and they were taken off our bill, thank you very much!

Easily accessible location for lunch. There is an online nutrition menu that allows you to enter for allergies and displays menu options. They were excellent with ensuring no interactions from cross contamination of food allergens. Friendly staff!

No domestic beer available, said they were sold out of everything at 7pm on a Saturday night. Food was ok, not great. Restaurant looks run down, not much better than an upscale Denny's. I'm not one to ever write a review but this place was very disappointing
Nice dinner with good menu options. The apps (pickle chips, buffalo cauliflower & calamari) were good. The drinks weren’t cheap and our server lacked “warmth.” Overall, it was a good experience, but not overly memorable.

Beer was $7 and served completely flat. See photo. No head whatsoever, looks like it had been sitting on the bar for a half hour. I swished it around in the glass a little and cannot for the life of me create any sort of bubbles. When the waitress came we told her we were ready to order and she said she will get drinks first and come back later. She wouldn't take our food order for some reason. Then we saw her literally running to get to other tables. This place is no longer a brewery, but a "brew house" and has really gone downhill recently. My wife and I were laughing pretty hard about how bad the beer looked, and then we tasted it and it was super flat. Didn't complain, because I'm pretty sure it's not worth it given the staff I see. They really looked stressed and I just don't think I'm going to get another beer or a better beer served to me anyway. I've been here a few times and this time is the final straw, won't be back matter how many of the other restaurants within a few blocks are too busy. The burgers are OK, but entrees are extraordinarily pricey for what you get. I don't need to spend $7 on a flat beer and $20 on an entree that's just meh. See photo for hilarious beer with no head at all and tasted flat. This place is a last resort for sure if you need somewhere to go. Should have just gone to Taco Bell across the street, would have been a better experience probably.

Never go here 1.5 before close, it's a ghost town. Bartender doesn't know how to make a drink. Food was decently good. But their menu is limited. I sold eat somewhere else.
