Red Bar

A restaurant in a hotel/convention center can't handle a convention so they kept all the attendees out and only let in a few at a time, thus ruining the entire vibe. It's almost like you don't know you're a restaurant and bar in a convention center/hotel. Thanks manager Haley for ruining the convention vibe tonight! Most of the attendees left without being seated. Great job!

Flew in today, had dinner here this evening and NATE made the dining experience perfect!! His helpful and positive personality made my day!
The food was amazing- the Brussel sprouts were delicious and the Arugula Salad with grilled shrimp PERFECTION!!

Couple delicious food with excellent service and you get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this patron!

The food is delicious! The Citrus-Brined Chicken Sandwich is so good! You must also try the Flourless Chocolate Torte, yum! Sit by the window and see impressing airplanes take off from O’Hare ✈️

Decent restaurant / bar. I got the Sunrise Burger and it was delicious, I'd order again. That bacon jam is soooo good.

Service is friendly and fast, but the food took a little longer. Ambiance is nice but the restaurant is a little short staffed when there are larger events happening. Some of the tables and booths were closed off.

Prices are what you'd expect. Burger + 2 alcoholic drinks came out to around $50.

We have been coming to this hotel for years and it certainly appears they have read the reviews and improved this place. Food was fast and actually really good, the toast that came with the Caesar salad should be its own menu item. Nate our server was excellent.

Had the ceasar salad and cocktail. Ceasar salad was top-notch, although service was lacking. Guess they didn't have enough staff to cover the amount of cusotmers. Coctail was just as expensive as the salad. They automatically add tip to the check for parties of 6 or more and then ask for an additional tip. Shady.

Park, stay, ride at this hotel. Had the tortellini plus shrimp and my boyfriend had the Sunrise Burger. Both were excellent. Service was top notch. Drinks were VERY strong! Beautiful bar. Very well done and so happy we stayed at this hotel and came to this bar.

Worse customer service. The servers ignored my pregnant wife and I for fifteen minutes. Yet when White people came in, everyone became active, and approached their tables. It was plain racist ? To make matters worse, I had to get my food from the bar as if I ordered to go.

Seems to have improved compared to previous reviews. Had a burger and it was not overcooked and had good flavor. Chose a side salad over the fries which was also decent. It is priced on the high side, but you are paying for the convenience assuming you are staying at this hotel.

Showed up to try to get a table for our group of six after checking in and was met with horrible service by their hostess. She claimed there were no available seats and that the wait time would be at least 30 minutes, even though it appeared that there were plenty of tables open in another section of their restaurant area. We saw four seats open at a community table and tried to sit and were told we couldn’t sit there for no valid reason and with attitude by the hostess. A few minutes later a table opened up and we waited approximately 15 for a server to even come and take our drink orders. I also saw the hostess talking about us to another group of guests at the community table complaining about the entire process. We had vouchers for our meals from the airport. Save your time and eat or drink somewhere else in the area if you can, even if you’re staying at the hotel.

Very fast service!!! The chicken Quesdilla were excellent. I appreciated the fact that there was shredded chicken inside and not the blocked over processed chicken. Very tasty salsa and guacamole.
