Red Bar

Used to be one of my favorite local spots. We loved their patio in the summer. The buffalo cauliflower was the best. However, the quality and customer service has just really gone down the hill. We were served empanadas as an appetizer that were frozen rock solid. We waited for probably about 30 minutes and our server never came to check on us (not a server or bus boy who passed us with a full untouched plate of empanadas in front of us thought anything of of it). Finally, when she came to serve us our meal we were able to tell her about the empanadas and she brought us new ones but didn’t even offer to comp them. The buffalo cauliflower has been burnt the past few times and other times they were out of it so we stopped going altogether. You’re better off at Emerson’s.

Staff is overly pushy to make you leave and food is ok at best. Overpriced. Do not go.

Overpriced, terrible service, crap food. We only ate here because our flight was cancelled and everything else was closed. Next time we'll door dash (anything would have been better).

Very pleasantly surprised with this place! Stayed at the property for a weekend conference and ate here both nights!
The premium margarita was excellent.
The food was well above average with a wonderful selection.
I had the potstickers, a steak sandwich, sweet chili miso shrimp and a wonderful peach/blue cheese/hot honey flatbread! Man, that was so good!

Probably the worst service I’ve had in a restaurant/bar.
Foods not bad but it’s a restaurant in a convention hotel that can’t handle groups. Maybe they are better with the single person sitting at the bar.

Worst service ever. Had a party of 11 for a corporate event. Told the waitress and and the she said she couldn’t split the check and walked off never to return. Ended up ordering our food individually at bar, and bar staff was rude because we were doing this, even when we explained we had no other option. Finally got the manager and she said we should’ve just gotten one check and split it ourselves and that we were being cut off. We had no drinks.

Service was fast and friendly
Got the ceaser salad with shrimp and the gluten free chocolate mousse
Ceaser salad was good the shrimp was a good add on! They also offer steak, and salmon which I was debating between.
The mousse I took to go, back at my room, was amazing thick creamy and tasted so so good

We arrived to the bar at 10 pm, it wasn't overly full. It's seat yourself place. But every table we approached was dirty. A kind older gentleman man rushed up and quickly clean one table for us. We had to wait for waitress a while, she didn't even hear out what we need/wanted and rushed off. Came back much later, rush took our order (we told her we are splitting the meal) and didn't communicate about the options and when we tried to get a certain drink, so we were asking questions but she didn't bother to hear us out. Anyway, through miscommunication we got the drink we didn't care for. When we tried to correct that she said I'll be right back. Just ran off. The other gentleman man brought our food, the burger 🍔 was sliced but on one plate. We got no napkins, and no utensils for the side. It was quite the experience eating my food AT A RESTAURANT with no plate, fork or napkins, one I prefer not to repeat. The only napkin (1 small napkin) I found was under a drink. The waitress came back long after we were done eating. So we never got to order that drink we wanted.

This restaurant is awful! We waited in line for 20 minutes. I was in a party of 3 and the host pulled people from the back of the line because they were looking for a party of 1, 2, or 4 to maximize their seating. When we finally were seated our waitress was rude. Told us there was so cocktail menu, so we had to go ask the bartender for the cocktail menu. When our waitress came back she saw we had the menu then actively avoided coming to our table for 30 minutes. The food was also terrible. I could get better chicken fingers at Culver’s.

I forgot my ID and had to go run a block away to get it. No problem and they agreed I would be seated. So 10 mins later I went to go in with my group and not the guy checking IDs but the hostess said one person wasn’t added even though I was just there. I had a rough day and didn’t need the attitude. I was understandable about the ID but the attitude that we lied about the reservation was unacceptable

Ate here when getting into the Hyatt late. The service was quick and friendly. We had the elote dip, burger, and red chopped salad with chicken. It was delicious! Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back.

A restaurant in a hotel/convention center can't handle a convention so they kept all the attendees out and only let in a few at a time, thus ruining the entire vibe. It's almost like you don't know you're a restaurant and bar in a convention center/hotel. Thanks manager Haley for ruining the convention vibe tonight! Most of the attendees left without being seated. Great job!

Flew in today, had dinner here this evening and NATE made the dining experience perfect!! His helpful and positive personality made my day!
The food was amazing- the Brussel sprouts were delicious and the Arugula Salad with grilled shrimp PERFECTION!!

Couple delicious food with excellent service and you get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this patron!
