I really enjoyed my lunch special pizza, a four meat topping one. The fennel sausage was especially good. But—
Customer service was terrible. The hostess said there were only two lunch servers and wait would be 20 minutes. Weird that a restaurant across the street from a major convention center isn't staffed well. I had to ask the hostess to take my name for a wait list. She asked my phone number and said I get a text when the table was ready. 35 minutes later I asked about a table and she was unaware we were still waiting. Our waiter was inattentive but finally took our order. Food was slow to arrive. Are 900° ovens supposed to bake pizza quickly?

This is horrible. The wings are dry, void of flavor. The drinks are watered down. The guys next to me were bemoaning the pizza as dry, salty and doughy.

These pizzas look and taste good. First time having their pizzas and thankfully they are 5 min walk from the nearby hotels and the convention center. Absolutely worth giving these guys a try.

Didnt try it. Wanted a SLICE but the options were only for a whole pie or bigger meals. Not a quick bite place. Smelled good but don't know if it's any good.

Great place inside of the hotel. Pizza was great. Chicago deep dish is nice to get one time while up there, but gets old fast for me. This was a more traditional/artisan pizza. Crust was fantastic sauce and cheese were all amazing as well. Great pizza all around. I will definitely go here next time. I’m in Chicago. Oscar my server was fantastic as well definitely. He left a great impression with his bar-raising service. Thank you!

Only 2 stars because the food was in fact edible, and that’s something. 10pmish July 5th. So the price of a medium 12 inch pizza with cheese and sauce is $17. Okay… so I ask for half pepperoni and half sausage. With tax $29. I don’t ask questions because I know my situation. It’s late. If I want something cheap, i need to drive. If I don’t want to go anywhere I have to overpay. Okay fine. Website seems legit. Everything looks good okay. $29 but question an employee with the power over your food… I will let it pass. Okay when I say bad pizza I mean awful. Chuck e cheese pizzas are better than this. I was starving to the point where I was getting sick and I had to choke down two slices. WORST PIZZA EVER. And then you factor in the price?!? Save yourself and get some soggy Taco Bell instead.

I visited the Rosemont location on a Sunday. The place was pretty packed and somewhat hectic. Our server Carla was amazing. She was very attentive to our order. She continuously came by to see if we needed anything. She was very patient and her customer service skills was something I haven't seen in a long time. Thank you

I had Carla as my server and she was incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure my order was just right. Her excellent customer service truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for the food—and I’ll be asking for Carla again!
