Food is 5 stars but definitely drive thru service needs to improve. I was the only one and waiting ice coffee about 15 min. Not only one time. I stopped 2-3 times a week

Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts. I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor. As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good. I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.

Worst staff ever ordered 1/2 dozon donuts waited 35 minutes just to get that 3 staff working but cant handle 4 customer
I was there and went through their dt. No kidding, waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker. Once at the speaker, they were out of the banana syrup or whatever. Grabbed a coffee with cream then proceeded to wait 5 more minutes to get to the window. Coffee was given black, asked for a re make. Pointed out my almost 30 minute wait to the young lady. She stated she wasn't the manager, couldn't get one and said I need to order online next time if I didn't want to wait. Unreal experience and probably won't be coming back.

Waited forever. The donuts weren’t even out on display, most were on racks i couldn’t see. They were out of most things, including cold brew. I waited for a breakfast sandwich that they burnt and threw away and never told me. The hot coffee was really burnt and bad.

We asked for the most popular donut and was not disappointed! If you come here get the Biscoff donut, you will not be disappointed. Coffee was ok, protein shake borderline.
