Horrible service. Sign says they close at 4, so did Google, drove there and the door was locked at 3:50. Went back the next day and there was a guy who was extremely rude. Avoid.

The girl here was sick as a dog and coughing everywhere while serving thousands of people at a convention in town. She had a mask on, which I appreciate tremendously but knowing that's been handling the food and drink I'm about to put in my mouth is disgusting and dangerous.
Update a few days later, she's back and coughing her lungs out, without a mask this time. So nasty. Guess I'm going somewhere else for coffee this morning.

It's not a real starbucks it seems. The drinks and food that they have are up to starbucks standards, but they have a limited menu. No blonde roast. Only about half the normal food and snack options. No prices on many things. You can earn stars, but you cannot redeem them or get app promotions. You cannot order in advance.
Refused to make an iced cappuccino and does not have wifi. Would not choose this location or Starbucks. Much better options out there

Its a Starbucks, everything is as you'd expect. If you're at the DES I'd recommend going here instead of the one in the convention center. Service and wait are much better and they actually use the app and gift cards

Ordered a coffee waited for 25 minutes , while everyone after me with a lot of more things received there drinks. It wasn’t til I asked about my drink someone made my simple coffee

This is an incredibly underrated Starbucks yes it’s not a rewards based one but the service is better than any I’ve been to I ordered 6 items and got them all 100% correct in less than 10 minutes I’ve never had that at any other Starbucks I’ve been to. If you pay with rewards credit cards you still make out on earning rewards.
