Wife ordered one coffee, a very simple order at that, she sat around for 20 minutes while one person made the drinks and the others were standing around. She had to leave because she had an appointment at 3. I called to tell them I'm coming to get the coffee and to have it ready, needless to say, it was NOT ready. The kid had an attitude, why I dont know. He made the coffee wrong, and instead of waiting even longer, I took it and walked out because I was about to lose my mind. Poorly managed, poor attitude, lazy staff. Do not go here.

Parking: Parking garage is a nightmare. Cars speeding around and entitled people trying to speed into open spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a mall. There's wheel chair access.

The experience at this location was far from my usual starbucks experience. The order was put in incorrectly which the manager on duty got corrected for me, but then when the drinks were recieved; the same drink I've gotten from various other locations tasted absolutely disgusting as if the espresso I paid extra to have added to both of the drinks were burned. Not a great experience and a huge disappointment to have paid $21 for 2 drinks that tasted completely awful.

I come to this Starbucks regularly and have a varied experience. Some of the baristas are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient in delivering my order in a timely manner. There is one girl who ALWAYS has a generally unpleasant demeanor. Her energy is very unwelcoming and she always very short with customers (me). Whenever she has the opportunity to respond with a witty (rude) remark, she takes it. After the first few dry encounters with her, I thought that maybe it was just her and her quiet personality. It is now clear to me that she is simply a rude person and has poor customer service. There is another employee at this location who is nice sometimes but very short other times. I feel like whenever these two are together— the negative energy spreads.

The quality of the drinks have changed. The staff are overwhelmed. It seems like they don’t have enough employees. The store manager does not help her staff. I see her always sitting on the corner on her laptop. Very selfish manager. I don’t understand how a manager sits in the back on their computer while their staff are struggling, I feel sorry for the employees there

It took me so long to get my two drinks. The workers were friendly, but they were understaffed. It took me too long to get my drinks, and the person in the back of the store, whom I assume is the manager, didn't help her workers at all. My drinks were horrible due to the worker rushing to make my drinks and others. I don't recommend at all get your Starbucks at a different store!
