Mobile order takes forever every time..20 minute wait is crazy! They never help each other and even when you have 15 people waiting for drinks only 1 person is making them. They are all so nice but they can't handle the work load.

had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a large Iced Doppio Espresso with customizations, but what I received was clearly a small cup (as shown in the photo). The drink wasn’t even filled to the top — it was maybe halfway full.

When I brought it up to the staff, they told me the order “didn’t specify” the size, even though I know I ordered a large. To make matters worse, they refused to remake the drink or fix the order in any way.

This kind of service is really disappointing, especially when Starbucks charges premium prices. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Stopped by around 3:40 today and the barista on shift absolutely made my day. Such a lovely personality — and she left a heartwarming note on my drink. Really sweet vibe. Big thanks to her!

Wife ordered one coffee, a very simple order at that, she sat around for 20 minutes while one person made the drinks and the others were standing around. She had to leave because she had an appointment at 3. I called to tell them I'm coming to get the coffee and to have it ready, needless to say, it was NOT ready. The kid had an attitude, why I dont know. He made the coffee wrong, and instead of waiting even longer, I took it and walked out because I was about to lose my mind. Poorly managed, poor attitude, lazy staff. Do not go here.

Parking: Parking garage is a nightmare. Cars speeding around and entitled people trying to speed into open spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a mall. There's wheel chair access.
