I called this location looking for a specific item. The item that I was looking for was not in stock at this location. The employee that I spoke with over the phone Julian. Gave me the best interaction that I’ve had in a long time customer service wise. Julian was very educated, polite and professional during our conversation. From a management perspective, Julian is the type of employee that you would want in your store. Thank you, Julian for brightening my day.
Stopped by around 3:40 today and the barista on shift absolutely made my day. Such a lovely personality — and she left a heartwarming note on my drink. Really sweet vibe. Big thanks to her!
I come to this Starbucks regularly and have a varied experience. Some of the baristas are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient in delivering my order in a timely manner. There is one girl who ALWAYS has a generally unpleasant demeanor. Her energy is very unwelcoming and she always very short with customers (me).
