Worst dine in fast food experience I can remember. First off, there is no human ordering. Only kiosks. And don’t expect anyone else to assist you if need be. Then you need a printed QR receipt to “redeem” your soda. Then, after you place your own order they have the audacity to force you to leave a tip. I will never eat-in at a steak and shake again if I can help it.

If this is what you have a taste for this location has friendly service with a clean dining area. The restroom is not cleaned very well as it was lacking consistent proper cleaning and the soap along with the towel dispenser were both empty. The food was good and the staff was courteous.
