Multiple staff that does not listen to what you say, don't understand English, this store does not have root beer either. Some of the staff here is great, others are clueless about what cheese normally comes on specific subs and are either hard of hearing or do not listen when you tell them what you want. My bet is on the later, unfortunately seems to be a common them at Subways with foreign staff. Some staff is just poorly trained. Wow 11.25% prepared sales tax in Rosemont.
Needed a quick bite late on a stormy Sunday night and this fit the bill perfectly. The weather outside was a disaster and O'Hare was as well. Our daughter was supposed to just pass through O'hare but it looked like she was going to get stuck here so we drove down to pick her up. Turns out she was able to make her connection because the connection was delayed by more than six hours. So we decided to pick her and take her for a quick bite.
