Food was good our group was happy over all with the food. Best damn Italian chicken fajitas I've ever had? They were good but what's up with the Italian seasoning. Our server left a lot to be desired. If your going to force 20% out of people for service fees make sure the service is worth 20% not 5%. Very pushy moved quick but didn't seem to get anything done. Had to find a Manger to let me pay my bill and get a box. But hey it was OK I guess

Delicious. Expensive drinks, but theyre large, themed, and you pay for area amd setting. Worth it. So much fun!. Split some fried Mac n cheese with my husband and even one ball was filling and surprisingly great. Will come again :).

Reserved for a 13th birthday party, and would not seat us, until our whole party was there for 20 people. Manager would not let us sit until all the people were there. Which I've never heard of any restaurant doing that. It was from 3:00 to 5:00. and we waited a hour and a half and it wasn't even crowded in there. So it was $1,100 that they missed out on because we decide to go somewhere else. Very rude. 18 people was already there. They had us standing there looking crazy. Another party came in a they seated them right away. Thumbs down 👎 to this OVERRATED, OVERPRICED RESTAURANT. I RATE THEM AT 1-5 A 0.

We went last night to celebrate my son's 11th birthday, and it was great time. Food was good, service good, & prices were steep!

Our food was delivered to our table quickly, it was hot and delicious! Our drinks from the bar were amazing, although a tad pricey. I loved the Halloween decor! Our server was great!

We took our niece for her birthday (11) she absolutely loved it ! We had the chicken Parm and Cajun chicken penne pasta and a few ( non alcoholic drinks). Their Carmel latte coffee is a must!

Just go for the “EXPERIENCE” not the food! Loved the bday celebration the waiters give and they also have a photographer who can take your picture if you want. If you like it you pay for the picture if not, you don't pay! Customer service 10/10!

Our children felt special on their birthdays. It was a bit pricey for what you get, but an experience was provided.

There for my daughter's 11th birthday dinner, don't expect a complimentary dessert. Thought they would do that given the expensive priced menu. Food was good, drinks good as well but just too hyped for what it's worth. Most likely won't be back.

The alternate server whom came to process the payment, charged my card incorrectly and then placed blame on me as if I was in control of the card reader. No empathy or “make it right” attitude. I asked for a manager and more of the same service. Challenged in comprehending the problem. The employees at this establishment need more training in customer service. This experience will cause a snowball effect of them to losing business just by word of mouth. No one wants a poor service experience when there are many more options to choose from for dinning. On a positive note the chicken and waffles were very tasty.
