The Ashburn, An American Gastropub, offers a great selection of food and drinks in an awesome location. It is a perfect spot for groups, allowing space for activities like playing board games. The restaurant provides excellent service, with attentive staff who offer great meal suggestions. While some found the food to be lacking in flavor, the overall experience is positive with fair prices and a friendly, upscale atmosphere. The parking situation may require some patience, but the overall dining experience at The Ashburn seems to be a pleasant one.

The Ashburn is located inside the Loews Hotel and is a great spot whether you are a guest or not. It has an independent access from outside or you can walk in just off the hotel's lobby. The Ashburn is a large space that is essentially set up in three spaces including a bar/pub area, open dining space with kitchen views, and a more private dining room tucked away in the back. All spaces are unique but also flow well into each other. The "pub" essence is really key to the layout and decor here, and you will notice an aviation theme throughout. The menu is your standard gastropub with elevated dishes sprinkled throughout. Guests have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and appetizers here, and each time they leave happier than when they arrived. The service is consistently good, no matter the meal.
