Fantastic food & even better service. The staff really goes the extra mile here - it's not just a hotel restaurant, it's a very nice, very comfortable, dining experience that will leave you full and, above all, well satisfied. Thanks Ashburn staff - looking forward to our next visit here.

Food was lousy. A $8.99 bottle of wine costs $57, now that’s extreme markup, so you would think the food would be at least fresh- nope. Got the charcuterie board and you could tell the meat and cheese had been sitting around for a long time. The prime rib sandwich was recommended by the server, it was literally shaved beef dripping with grease. The only thing that was “fresh” were the fries. Probably would have been better off with a gas station sandwich.

Great food and service. Gluten free options are plentiful and bread was AMAZING. They even gave an extra serving of bread to take to go

Absolutely wonderful experience! My family and I were staying in the attached hotel, trying our best to find good food in the area. We quickly realized that we didn’t have to look any further than downstairs! The cocktails, salads, pizzas, and desserts were all spectacular. Our server Nate was incredibly kind, and gave good suggestions. I want to thank you all for a 5-star dinner, it set our trip off to a fantastic start! I will be back!

They were not too busy yet service was very slow. When we did get food it was cold and rather bland. For the price we paid, should of gotten excellent service and food. Disappointing.

I called and asked to speak with the hr department and Giana just hung up on me! I called back and she still had an attitude, she put me on hold for a long time! She came back to the line multiple time and wouldn't say anything. Then she finally transferred to a different department that hung up on me again! Very unprofessional!

This is a great restaurant. And the waiter “Sid” is a true gemstone!! He has been here for over 17 years and is a rock of a man. A true gentleman. It’s always a pleasure to have a nice lunch or dinner here when I’m in town.

Food is great. Staff is great. Sid is a standout for making a great experience extraordinary.

Looked promising, great atmosphere , nice bar but the food was not good. Meatballs were very salty and dry. Pizza was basically a store bought frozen pizza. Yucky crust. Breakfast was no better. Ordered an açai bowl and the frozen yoghurt tasted like freezer burn. Awful. I guess they have a captive market.

My friend and I visited this nice place again last night. We come to see the live music and have dinner. The place is comfy, great wine and drinks, and the food is really good. The issue is staffing. Or rather not enough staff. There was one waitress on duty and by 4:30 the place was jammed. She was the best she could but it was not good. The service was a bit slow the first time as well. The food was delicious. Between the two visits we enjoyed the charcuterie, crispy brussel sprouts, the salmon, the raging pasta, side salads, and burgers. All fantastic choices. We will be back I just hope they schedule staff appropriately.

Ashburn offers a warm, welcoming experience that blends comfort, quality, and a relaxed atmosphere. The space is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully arranged, making it an easy choice whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal or a quick bite. The menu is well-rounded with solid options, and the flavors come together nicely—fresh ingredients, good balance, and portions that feel just right. Service is friendly and attentive, and the staff keeps things running smoothly even during busy periods.

While there’s still room for a bit more variety or creativity on some items, the overall experience is consistently satisfying. The dishes come out hot, properly seasoned, and nicely presented, and the vibe of the place makes you want to settle in and stay a while. Ashburn is reliable, enjoyable, and definitely worth a visit, earning a strong four stars.

I know hotel restaurant prices are high and inflated for their reasons, but $20 for a black coffee and a [oh so small] acai bowl is crazy. Basically a scoop with fruit on top. I should've gone for the $18 breakfast burrito.

$12 for a draft pint? This place is comfortable and conveniently located if you're staying at Loews but, outside of attending a sporting event, I've never seen these types of prices. I never thought I'd have to go to the O'hare terminal to find more reasonable liquor prices.

After a long day, I was tired and hungry. Warm halloumi salad and wood fired goat cheese and mushrooms wood fired thin crust pizza was filling but not overly heavy. Pizza is large enough for two people. I could only eat half of it.
