This was the perfect place to meet family members before their flight at O'Hare. Brunch was lovely – I loved the menu options, and everyone's food was very solid. Moreover, the service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was enthusiastic, attentive, and kind. I would absolutely return if the opportunity presents itself.

Service and staff were good. It is a part of the hotel lobby area but it was not distracting. I found it odd that we were 1 of only 3 tables that had patrons at them on a Saturday night from 6 to nearly 8pm. It was dead. They had someone performing live music starting at 7. My friend commented that she felt bad for the singer because there was noone there. Might have been a clue. This was one of those places that I left feeling like the food quality didn't match the money we spent. Calamari was quite tough and the breading left a little a little heavy with grease, the burger was well done when I asked more rare to med-rare. Its fine if the restaurant chooses to cook their burgers to a no pink state but then just say that, don't ask me how I would like it done and then ignore the request. They took the calamari off the bill and we did have 2 drinks each, but I wouldn't go back if someone suggested it as a place to eat.

Took a friend who had a layover at Ohare for 4 hours Choose this restaurant because it was so close to the airport I was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant. I really like the place The food was good and the service was excellent. Now I have a place where I can take friends when having a layover at Ohare Thank you
We did a training and team building event here in June. The room was perfect with a great view, solid door to keep it quiet and even privacy shades to help with the bright sun. The food and drinks were delicious. I must note, Michael, the manager was exceptional to work with ahead of time organizing the event and helping with some questions after the event. I highly recommend them for any meetings with your team or even a customer event. Thanks

Thorn was such a beautiful warm inviting environment we were surprised to find that it was attached to a hotel. The waitress was very kind and the food was amazing ! Will definitely be back they even have tvs in the seating area very intimate will definitely be baxk
