Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood and Crab

Was there during happy hour and sat in the bar at a high top table. Wonderful service. Food and drinks were excellent! It was our first time at this restaurant. So glad we decided to come here!

Great first experience at Trulucks! My friend and I meet in Rosemont annually to shop in November and we've talked about going to Trulucks every year and finally made it. The food was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the Voila! Drink was a fun and delicious cocktail. Francine was our server and she was so kind, attentive and professional. We will be back!

We had a great table by the bar and entertainment at the piano. Our waitress was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive to our table. Very good entertainer at the piano singing and playing. Will come back

I would have given five stars but they were out of my glass pour choice when ordering a second glass. I was not notified they were out of it until I was finished with my entree. Some 15 minutes after I ordered it

Great service, fantastic food, fabulous drinks. Crab cakes and sesame seared tuna probably the best I have ever had. Smoke in the garden cocktail was amazing.

My biggest complaint is we order the special of crab legs and for 3 legs it $175 absolutely ridiculous!!! If that's the price you should definitely tell people. The 12oz filet and oysters were amazing. We go out for seafood often and that was robbery!!

Our server Rudy was exceptional—attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about making our night special. The attention to detail throughout the meal was impressive. We started with fresh oysters, tuna tartare, and the crab cake, each one expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. For our entrées, we enjoyed the Chilean sea bass and surf and turf, both cooked to perfection. Every bite was rich, balanced, and beautifully presented. To top it all off, the team surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary—a thoughtful gesture that made the night even more memorable. Truluck's truly knows how to make a special occasion feel extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the exceptional food, it was an evening we'll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flawless fine dining experience.

Service, food and ambiance were fantastic. Celebrated our anniversary there and we were delighted by the overall experience.

We have been here several times including a week ago. This time, however, it wasn't quite up to its usual standards. There were several issues and problems like a forgotten food order, lack of napkins, plates, etc. and we had to keep asking for these things. Overall it was nice but not like the other times we've been there.

The food was excellent. Great 3 course options. Have never had better carrot cake. Live music was top notch. Took a while to get through the meal. Service a little slow.

The happy hour is great especially with the Oysters Rockefeller. Then the dinner was delicious. The General Mgr. Blake, was always in the dining room checking with the customers to make sure everything was good.

Truluck is a wonderful restaurant. We were in Chicago for a brief weekend and decided to try the restaurant in Rosemont. We have eaten at other Truluck's stores before, but this was the best experience. The food was outstanding and the service from our server Douglas was perfect. Although this is considered a special occasion restaurant, I would encourage to visit whenever you are in the mood for great food and great service. There was also a lounge singer who can cover any romantic song or music to get your grove on. Well done Truluck's.

Wow. We had an excellent time with great service from Roger. We enjoyed our meatball and shrimp cocktail appetizer as well as a couple delicious salads. We had branzino, whitefish and a steak. Everything was delicious and they brought me an amazing dessert for my birthday and some fresh fruit. It was so fun the way they decorated the table for my birthday celebration! Thanks
