Uni Uni Bubble Tea & Rolling Ice cream

Nice spot!!

I think we ordered the wrong things. The taro smoothie had a strong artificial flavor, and the mango milk tasted like the milk had expired! Ugh. Wasted $15.

It shows they open at 10am. Placed an online order at 11:44am. Had to wait about 20mins for the order. I saw that someone was there so I wanted to get my order, & after waiting at the counter the girl that was there snapped at me that “they are not open & she just got there”. Mind you it was already 12pm, they are supposedly opened at 10am based on their google page. I told her that I was able to place an order & she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about until I showed her the order confirmation. That really threw me off, as I usually come here but being snapped at for something that was not in my control (both the time they are supposed to be open & being able to actually place an order) definitely makes me not want to come back

Make sure you don’t go out of your way to come to this place specifically for the rolled ice cream. It is made a week prior and they do not make it in front of you. The staff was rude.

Uni uni is by far my go to boba place. The staff are so welcoming and nice. Unlike other boba places they let you try the toppings. I recommend the strawberry orange infusion, strawberry Matcha, really everything on the menu is great! If you have ever seen the viral rolled ice cream on tik tok etc. You should definitely go here! There ice cream is super creamy and delicious and the toppings to go with it is great! The ambiance of this place it great. I have only been to the rosemont outlets location however it is in a great spot, right in the center of the outlet letting many people see it. The decorations are super cute with the little unicorns and bears on the cups and bright yellow and pink colors that put you in a happy mood. I HIGHLY recommend<3

Love UniUni in Fashion Outlets! The bubble tea is just as good as in Taiwan (I’ve been to Taiwan), and there is a variety of ingredients and toppings. Nice to drink while walking around the mall.

I ordered a mango passionfruit green tea, and it was exactly what I had been hoping for. Fruity with actual pieces of fruit and passion fruit seeds, not just concentrate flavor. The tea wasn’t overwhelming. Balance of the blend was perfect. Cute cups. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would happily visit again.

Yummy bubble tea and rolling Ice Cream with so many flavors to choose from. Come check it out. I recommend for your whole family to enjoy. Nice and clean inside the fashion outlet mall of Chicago. Plenty of garage parking. The store is on level 2 in the mall. Parking garage is on level 3.

Paid for rolled up ice cream what I got was a cup with scoop of chocolate ice cream and 3/4 cup of whipped cream it’s a total rip off. She literally pulled the cup ready out of the freezer and handed to me I’m so pissed someone can steal your money in broad daylight like they are. 5220 Fashion Outlets Way, Rosemont, IL, 60018, US 79773/3/24, 12:40 PM My order number if somebody doesn’t believe me.
