I ordered the cheese dog bite which is $8.5,but they give me just a whole baked dog which is almost $2 cheaper. And the cashier is the most impatient person I had met in my entire life. She even rolled eyes when I said you got the wrong order. What a bad food experience at the Chicago fashion outlet.

Gave us the wrong order. Ordered $8 cheese dog bites and got a $7 cheese dog. Very irresponsible employees. Please do not order here for your sanity

Very low quality of baking, underbaked, raw dough. The taste is bad. Please note the severe discrepancy between quality and price.

I asked for the dog bites and they gave me just bread ? and the guy had his headphones on so you guys should really not have your headphones on when your taking someone’s order im never coming back here again its horrible

Out of all sodas except for 2! Settled for a bottle of water and no surprise it was warm. Paid &3.10 for it. Also the girl was on her phone the whole time. I get it fast food but like for their prices come on.

These pretzels were not good, dry amd hard to chew. Maybe they were sitting around for 2 or 3 days... waste of 8$!

Doughy pretzels, cheese dip was an extra $2 and tasted like something you'd get out of a cheap crackers and cheese dip. Auntie Anne's is objectively better.Don't even bother as a last resort when Auntie Anne's runs out of pretzels.

Wetzel's Pretzels, founded in California in 1994, is a fast food restaurant, now a wide-spread chain, both in the US and in some other countries. It was my first visit to this pretzel shop, located near the food court of the Fashion Outlet mall. The shop looks very bright and cheerful, the baked goods are fresh cooked, and nicely displayed at the counter. The online menu gives a colorful, detailed description of the items. The service at the counter was polite and friendly: I ordered just a plain pretzel, named Original Pretzel, to go. The order was done quite fast, and packed with care. I took a bite of it at the table of the food court, but couldn't say, whether I liked it or not. The price of $4.99 (+ city tax & state tax) for a pretzel also seemed a bit high, but when I later warmed this Original Pretzel in a toaster (the instructions are printed on the bag), I enjoyed it a lot: Original Pretzel was very fresh and very tasty. Plan to be back to Wetzel's Pretzels, and try their lemonades -- the menu of beverages also looks great. Many Thanks!

Picked up something to eat while waiting to get someone from the airport. They were good

Beware!! Had terrible diarrhea and vomited up the entire pretzel after eating it today. And i'm sure it was the pretzel because that was the only thing i ate and literally came back up in chunks of pretzel. It was the downstairs location.P.S. i never ever puke- i didnt even puke one time the entire 9 months i was pregnant. So something is seriously wrong with the way they cooked their pretzel. Never ever ever going back to any wetzel pretzel ever :(
