Stopped in for a quick beer and pizza but was there an hour and a half and had burt pizza and bad service. Had to go to the bar and ask for another drink. I had to ask for a to-go-box and had to ask for our check. Was told to check out at the bar, and while we waited for everyone else to be served, we had to ask to be checked out yet again. I am surprised because the sign said new staff and I was expecting an improvement but was really let down. I will definitely not be back. We tried it several times and it seemed nothing was better.

I've been there twice within the past 6 months and both times the service was lousy. Apparently, the customers are an interruption of their business rather than the purpose of it. When we showed up and sat down, we waited and waited until finally I went up to the bar and waited some more while they waited on the regulars who just walked in during my wait. Mind you there were 3 employees there during that time and not a damn one of them would wait on us until finally someone happened to notice that I was standing there. While I thought the food was awesome, it didn't make up for the lousy service. I doubt I'll ever be back.

It used to be the go to place for a good steak, but something has happened as they are not nearly as flavorful or tender, it started getting to be hit and mis to the point of always a miss, and the help seems to be more interested in parting than attending to customers. what has happened? new owners or just don't care anymore? it's really sad what has become of the restaurant part.

This place has food that tastes like it was made by the hands of an angel and drinks that are served with the perfect blend of swag and professionalism. Seriously, these bartenders are second to none. They are always striving to provide a good time with trivia, karaoke, and just enough shenanigans to keep it interesting (but not traumatic). Whether you’re there to dine or there to party, you won’t leave disappointed! And if you’re there to dine AND there to party… Well, you’re just gonna have a night to remember!

Management is bad and service; well if the staff pays attention you might finally get waited on but it depends on how long their conversations are with each other, unfortunately. Had this happen three times in a row and will never return again. Food was ok but I wouldn't suggest this establishment to anyone. The owners need to go in and clean house.

08/05/2021 - This was the WORSE meal my family have had from a restaurant. We use to order from here a lot about 2 years ago. A lot has changed with their quality of food & service. We ordered 3 different dinners and they were TERRIBLE!!! The chicken fettuccine was disgusting. The chicken was burned & dried out, the noodles were so dry and stiff and barely any sauce. It was supposed to come with a salad & garlic bread neither of those were with the meal. The loaded tater tots were supposed to come with sour cream again that was missing.We will NEVER order from this establishment again. We paid a lot of money for a terrible meal.
