The coffee was amazing! The service was terrible. Now I know this is drive through, but when I’m ordering your co worker should not be interrupting me and if they do you should not be engaging with them unless it’s serious. On Dec 21, 2025 maybe around 3:30 pm I went to get coffee. Not only was the young man taking the order all over the place, but he was interrupting my order by talking to his co-worker. Extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude. The girl giving me my coffee was blasting music so loud in the little shop so I couldn’t hear her, but when I asked what she was handing me (bc I ordered several things) she IGNORED me. I loathe when teens work with no real adults and I’m only 25. Like why do I feel like I’m not valued as a customer? I’m literally paying into your check. Rude as all.

My friend and I stopped by for the first time in a while. My drink was amazing however I get almond milk because I am sensitive to dairy, which was not the kind used in my drink. Not only has my stomach been in pain all day but my friend's as well. Not sure if something went bad in hers but not a good experience.

I’ve been coming here basically every day since this location has opened and it’s a complete hit or miss if my drink is made correctly. I understand mess up’s happen and it can get busy, but it’s the fact that they are never even sincere about it. They make it seem like more of an inconvenience for them that my drink is wrong. For 10 dollars a drink I expect it to be right. With how consistent this issue is, it makes it feel more worth going out of my way to the Lake Zurich, Kenosha, or Delevan locations where they always give amazing customer service. It’s quite disappointing.

When it first opened they made the coffees perfect and flavorful but now months later they are horrible! Constantly getting the wrong drink or they are not making the drinks right 7brew fix this or I'm going back to Starbucks and Dunkin again and replacing you guys as my go to place!!!!

Drinks are hit or missed if they're made correctly or taste funny. I was coming once a week or more and now it's turned into maybe once a month because I don't have the time to turn around if the drink taste bad.
Sebastian is the best great customer service makes the drinks the best and talks a lot very very friendly from ur best customers

I had an excellent time with my friend at 7 brew. Our server Rico was awesome and really helped us out ! He is so fire . We didn’t even know what drinks we wanted and it’s like he read our minds . Excellent service from Rico . This 7Brew is awesome :)

I absolutely love going here. Every single time I go here, everyone taking my order and delivering my drinks are just the nicest people. I tend to look inside the building while waiting for my drinks and it's refreshing to see workers laughing and talking to each other. They also have very large pup cups. Shout out to the worker who stood by my window and watched my dog enjoy hers while we had a nice conversation while she waited on my drinks to be made. she even offered to get her another pup cup and it was so thoughtful.
