They get four from me service is always pleasant and swift not to mention you can always count on them for always having milkshakes and ice cream unlike some competitors down the street whose machine is always down past 9pm

The burger I ordered was a double whopper with bacon and cheese and added the extra condiments for an extra charge that they charged me for but didn’t include in my sandwich along with zesty sauce that wasn’t included and onion rings weren’t cooked all the way through

Ordered on the kiosk and waited 25 minutes because they seemed to be keeping busy with drive through. They just didn’t make my order and another individual’s order from the kiosk. That was 708 pm and I am still waiting at 743 as of this review.

Sorry but this specific branch in RLB is a really bad one. Twice we’ve been shortchanged. The first one, we ordered via app for drive-thru pickup. When we arrived, turns out they don’t have the ingredients for all our orders. We tried canceling the order but they weren’t able to refund us nor cancel on their end. There’s also no way to cancel via app. They just told us to email the corporate customer service to cancel and get refund, and that was another back-and-forth bs altogether. So we end up just disputing the credit card charge.

The second instance, we were dining in. We ordered a kiddie meal since my child really wanted their featured toy. We paid and got seated. Then when they handed our food, the staff said they actually ran out of toys already so he just offered a cookie and asked if that was alright. Uhmm like we have a choice?? Would be great if you say it while we were ordering, BEFORE we paid.

Besides my order being wrong and not giving me the difference of what it should of been ol girl in the back was doing so much cross contamination. No gloves, tocuhed cheese,texting nonstop on her phone whole making a sandwich,long ass nails too so unsanitary, wiped hands on dirty apron touched hair again n restock food again

Everytime, they do this. Sloppy wet bun falling apart and an unholy amount of mayonnaise. I've worked burger king before and they even go as far as to have visual diagrams on how to build a sandwich, and over loading is never on there. If it's not this it's crap attitudes and takes forever.I'm just gunna throw it away because it's covered inside and out with mayo and they always forget any kind of sauce too. Go to the one on 45 they are way better.

Came through the drive through around 1:30 am and a heavy set African American lady with tattoos was taking my order , it took me about 5 minutes to order 3 items because the lady who took the order was giving so much attitude and made me wait for some reason and got angry, i kept trying to be nice saying thank you after every word and she did not care, i get to the window and she says pull forward to the doors , she then comes out the door with my bag of food without saying a word and pushes the bag towards my hand mid walking away, after 10 minutes i realized she forgot my cheese tots and when i went back in the drive through she sounded more annoyed and when i said you forgot my tots she said “i got them right here” that’s it and again chucked the food into the car, no apology or anything, it’s not that deep but there is no reason to have a crappy attitude and be rude to a customer who is going out of their way to make your night shift easier, she was also mumbling some comments under her breath WHILE she was still taking my order, yall need to take her off the schedule it sounds like she’s used to acting like this , don’t bring outside problems into work and take it out on the customers.
