Seems every other time we order from this location in the drive thru, an item is missing. Live too far to go back for it. Really ruins the meal.

We got a wopper Jr for my mom and the copper dosnt come with cheese we didnt ask to put cheese on it and for some reason they put cheese on it also the workers here don't know what they are doing

pulled in the drive thru and from the moment we arrived Tonya treated us with hostility and attitude stating they are only taking mobile or delivery orders. when I asked how i’m able to order the spongebob meal that is in stores only she told me not sure you gotta figure that out on your own. I asked if there was a reason why they are only taking mobile and delivery and she rudely spoke over me shouting “BECAUSE MY MANAGER SAID SO” We then got stuck waiting in line to leave and I called in the meantime and spoke to this very nice lady who apologized on Tonya’s behalf saying she was not sure why she said that to us or treated us that way but that she was willing to take our order and make it for us and to just pull up to the second window. once we got to the window it was pretty obvious that the manager was Tonya and that she was clearly talking about herself in third person thinking she’d get away with it. once we realized this we let the lady who talked to me on the phone know that we were no longer comfortable ordering there as we shouldn’t have been treated that way in the first place. it was confirmed the lady on the speaker who said the “manager” isn’t allowing orders was said manager after the lady called her by her name asking her to move out of the way when we got to the window and even told her you shouldn’t of talked to them that way. Tonya clearly didn’t give a crap and probably treats people like garbage on a regular

My family and I went here for dinner. It wasn't busy at all my daughter ordered the crabby patty meal and asked for no onions and it had onions on it and the girl didn't put her food in the box it was supposed to come in she just threw it on the counter and didn't say anything then shr forgot the pie it came with and put it in a bag and tossed it at us no sorry or anything rude don't think we will go bavk here anymore.

They get four from me service is always pleasant and swift not to mention you can always count on them for always having milkshakes and ice cream unlike some competitors down the street whose machine is always down past 9pm

The burger I ordered was a double whopper with bacon and cheese and added the extra condiments for an extra charge that they charged me for but didn’t include in my sandwich along with zesty sauce that wasn’t included and onion rings weren’t cooked all the way through

Ordered on the kiosk and waited 25 minutes because they seemed to be keeping busy with drive through. They just didn’t make my order and another individual’s order from the kiosk. That was 708 pm and I am still waiting at 743 as of this review.
Sorry but this specific branch in RLB is a really bad one. Twice we’ve been shortchanged. The first one, we ordered via app for drive-thru pickup. When we arrived, turns out they don’t have the ingredients for all our orders. We tried canceling the order but they weren’t able to refund us nor cancel on their end. There’s also no way to cancel via app. They just told us to email the corporate customer service to cancel and get refund, and that was another back-and-forth bs altogether. So we end up just disputing the credit card charge.
The second instance, we were dining in. We ordered a kiddie meal since my child really wanted their featured toy. We paid and got seated. Then when they handed our food, the staff said they actually ran out of toys already so he just offered a cookie and asked if that was alright. Uhmm like we have a choice?? Would be great if you say it while we were ordering, BEFORE we paid.
