I used to love this place until the food started tasting really bad I went to the one in Antioch and it was good this place must not change there oil much or something and some of the employees are looking like they live outside

Are Burger King's burgers ever hot? Serious question. I gave this location a second chance because my kids wanted it, but never again.
I pre-ordered through the app, walked in, and waited… and waited. After 15 minutes, an employee finally asked if we were waiting for food (no, we just love loitering here). She then printed my order receipt—because apparently, they hadn’t even started making it—and walked it back to the kitchen. Another five minutes passed. Funny, I don’t seem to have this problem at McDonald's.
When I finally got my food, my burger was barely lukewarm, and my son’s Whopper Jr.? Lukewarm as well and It looked like someone threw a cold slice of cheese on as an afterthought. The only things that arrived hot were my daughter’s chicken fries and our one lonely order of fries. Small victories.
Between the ridiculous wait and the barely edible food, I’m officially done with this BK.

Open 24/7 but not for people going there in person. Only for pick up and online orders? How does it make sense that you can't take an order for the drive thru? Ignorance at its finest.

This is the second time we have gotten Rosa in the driver thru and she was very rude. We had online order and went to the driver thu to pick it up and gave them the name and she said it wasn't ready and to pull up to front. We waited for 20 mins until I went inside to ask for my order. She was claiming she thought it was for a different name even though we said the name and she is the one that told us to move forward. She was just very Rude both time!

I'm not sure if there was a shift in management, but, I just wanted to come here to let the BK Night staff know that I've had the best Whopper with cheese, off of the broiler, that I've had in years! This Whopper looked like it could have been propped up for a commercial. You all are killing it! Keep up the AMAZING work, RLB BK!!!

I went yesterday for dinner after work and Mary was super nice and friendly! I visit this place pretty often since it’s really close to my house, I have never had complaints about food or customer service but also never interact that much with the workers there like with Mary today, she is a hard a worker!
