Usually don't like Chili's. Service sucks and food is ok... but not here. Service was excellent and the food and cocktails were very good and reasonably priced.

I placed my order online for pickup. I was notified that my order was ready and upon arrival several other patrons were already in line and frustrated. Upon inspection of our order we found items missing. The initial solution attempt to correct this mistake was to have us wait for said item to be prepared while the other food sat on a shelf. The worker was fielding calls on the phone and in person dealing with many mistakes 12/31/2025. The kitchen staff was doing various activities of conversing, touching phones and eating (I'd like to think this was their break).

Second attempt after a request that all food be presented hot involved the manager who appeared overwhelmed and said she instructed staff about properly fulfilling orders after thinking this was another order upon which clearly same mistake had been made. We were made to wait additional 20+ minutes only to get subpar lukewarm food. The bacon ranch quesadilla was primarily cheese hardly any chicken or bacon, the fries were without seasoning, chicken did not appear freshly made, an ordered and paid for large HC sauce was half filled. I have had door dash meals from Chili's arrive hotter than this apology meal and my commute home is 15 minutes so my expectation was fair.

Overall considering the rising cost of meals and in preparation for holiday orders all staff should have been prepared to provide excellent food and service. When the food is right it is good unfortunately last night chillies left a bad taste in my mouth.

Went to chilis tonight, I love their presidential margaritas and food is usually pretty good. First off the entryway was a waterfall walking in, from the rain, with buckets catching the water. Second we sat for 15 min without anyone coming over to greet us get our order or anything. So we walked out. The girl who just sat us 15 min ago tells us “have a great night, thank you for stopping in “. She had no clue! 😂🤣 By the way, it was not busy at all, less then 25% if the tables were being used.

Went there Sunday August 10 th 2025 at 9:15 pm waited at the hostess stand and 5 minutes later a female server came out and said the kitchen was closed. I asked if it wasn't 10 pm? And she said the kitchen closes 40 to 45 minutes before 10 o'clock. I had been there several times like 30 minutes prior closing and the kitchen had been open.
There was still tables having dinner. I don't get it. On the website nothing is posted as the kitchen closes prior their posted hours..

Door dash driver didn't bring all my food so I had to go get it. They remade it all fresh and kept apologizing. Service was impeccable. Thank you to all that helped me that day.

The food was mediocre. The chicken enchilada soup was over-salted and watered down. So were their sauces/dressings. Our server was good and efficient, but staff in the back were unprofessional and gossippy.

On Valentine’s Day we ordered food on line. They never contacted us to say it was ready and we never received it. I called twice for a refund and never received it. There customer service is horrible.

I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta it came cold I waited 28 mins to get my food. The manager Jim was not welcoming and seemed upset when I informed him of the cold pasta. my server Xavier was excellent

I tried the 3 for me deal. $17 order gets you the pictures below. I included their online order image for reference.

I didn't even realize this but there were 8 pieces of the quesadilla. I ate "2" pieces before I realized they just folded over the single item twice to double the portion. You see 4 quarters in the pictures, theres 4 under those. No side, way too much ice in the drink.

The only good thing was that the order was ready in 10 minutes.

You're better off going somewhere else.

Waited an hour and a half for service and eventually just walked out. Also don’t honor the queue to be seated at all. Won’t be back here until they get rid of the idiot teenagers that are working it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food was good. Only 2 small strips of chicken on a salad but that's what you have to expect in 2025. Time to pay the bill and the tip options start at 18%. Not ok. 15% is for good service. They filled my iced tea before it was empty every time so I selected 18%. That should not be the lowest option. If it was bad service I would have left 0. The 18% i left was because the service was excellent and that should not be the lowest option. Will not be returning. It's not worth it anymore.
