I’ve ordered from this location several times, and unfortunately, there has been an issue with my order each time—either the pizza is undercooked, burnt, or otherwise incorrect. Most recently, after receiving another incorrect order, the manager called upset that I left a review, and even asked for the incorrect pizza back as if I had requested it to be made that way. This level of service and quality is very disappointing.

The pizza we got was dropped off but I think some animals got into it and tossed it everywhere on the porch. I called the store and told them. Not only did they make it all again. They upgraded pizza size. Drove it out again in the pouring rain. AND they cleaned up the mess from the last pizza. 10/10 service. This happened July 12 2025 at 11pm-12am. Those employees should be rewarded

Food has gotten more expensive, and you don’t even get the same amount each time. We’ve ordered the mac and cheese several times and the bowl is usually full. I received less than half of a bowl. I noticed when I got home and they offered to have me bring it back and remake it for me. Disappointing at best.

Made a $45 order. Arrived an hour later. Was told she forgot the 2-liter I ordered. I then waited another 40 minutes for my 2-liter. Was told she made other deliveries before she returned to get the 2-liter. What a joke.

Used the app to order pizza, wings and cookie. After an hour we checked the app again. It was in prep. My husband called and they said it was another hour and a half wait. Jasmin was rude to my husband after he asked why is it another hour and a half and why they are not checking their end of the app. Jasmin said they have no control of the app. She then canceled our order. If they have no control of the app then how was she able to cancel the order?
We will be calling corporate. This store sucks!!!!
Never again will I order from dominos here in round lake.

Gaslit over the phone over what bacon looks like, told to drive my pizza back and get it inspected for a refund, because its "policy."
When I get there the manager accuses me of taking toppings off it before I got there before getting a refund and being told to leave.

I ordered a pizza, wings and the marble brownie cookie. When I received the text message telling me that the driver "Gabriel" was in the neighborhood my friend went to wait on the porch for the delivery. Then I received a text that "Gabriel" was pulling up. Shortly after this my friend saw a car pull in front of the house one door north of us, saw a person exit the vehicle, return to the vehicle and then drive off. Almost immediately I received a text telling me that my delivery was completed and I should enjoy my food. My friend then came inside and told me what had happened. I immediately called this store and spoke to a young female and related the information to her. At which point she told me that the driver had knocked on the door and when there was no answer subsequently left the food sitting outside without making any attempt to contact me via phone or text. And when asked why he would do that she stated " he knocked in the door, no one answered so he left it because it was already paid for"! I then asked to speak with the manager. And when "Pat" came on the phone I explained to him what happened. He asked me "how do you know if it was our driver?" and " can you describe the car?". I then got agitated and told him it was pretty obvious it was their driver because of what we saw and receiving the delivery text immediately. He then said asked if we could go to the house next door and retrieve the food. When I told him I was not going to go and retrieve cold food he told me he "didn't need my attitude"! I then explained how poor his business sense is to say something like that to a customer and told him to cancel my order and refund my credit card. It is obvious the franchise owner of this location could care less about customers as this attitude of the employees seems to be endemic.

Employees answer so rude and the driver don’t know how to check if the orders paid came knocking at almost 12 at night because they didn’t ask for the payment do not recommend associates seem to not care and try to argue awful service

I called and placed an order. I was told there was going to be a 25-30 minute wait . After an HOUR-LONG of waiting I called and was told the driver didn’t even leave with the order yet and I would have to wait another 20-25 minutes so I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the GENERAL MANAGER “brandy” and she told me that “She doesn’t have the time to call and tell everyone that there orders going to be late” she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or show any type of consideration and was just straight up rude I plan on calling corporate to let them know but I wouldn’t recommend ordering from there the GM is terrible and inconsiderate

I placed an order online pizza was dropped at my door and driver left. Called store to complain and manager on duty Kristen said since they got paid already there was no need for the driver to wait around. So because they go their money they don’t care!!!
