Placed a order for a pizza, wings, cheesy pull a parts and bread bites and got the pizza duper floppy and undercooked and the wings were so bad they lasted like garlic bread dipped in water with garlic sauce on top. Super mushy no flavor and no chicken. Called in to speak with a manager and she said " oh can I call you on a different phone I can barley hear you" and never called back. Definitely will never be ordering from them again was a big waste of money and time horrible customer service and horrible food!

I never had an issue before but for some reason my order was made wrong, I wasn’t even mad about it I just laugh we all make mistakes no one’s perfect. I had order a large hand toss pizza but how they made it was just funny to be honest it was so thin in the middle that it didn’t even had sauce on it, it was basically just crust with a layer of pepperoni. I called the store and the gentleman that answered right away put in a new order and send it out with no questions asked I loved the customer service they provided

Took 1:45 for our food, half an hour was delivery (a mile away). Order was completely wrong.My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is now ruined.

Ordered my food then I went in a hr later just for them to tell me that it would be another hr and a half. they had 7 people vworking this place and old not handle it I don't care how many orders they had little cesars knocking them things out in 10 min no matter what .....problem is all the lazy kids they have working

Ordered bbq wings for dinner. They were awful!! Half sauced. When I contacted the store, I was told that they just pour the sauce on the wings when they come out of the oven. They aren't allowed to shake the box to distribute the sauce over the wings. Well, how else can you achieve the look that's on the advertise

We ordered late last night and the wings were terrible usually they are somewhat golden and crispy, this time the sauce didn't even touch half the wings and they were soggy. I called at 12:30 and and the machine stated the restaurant was closed so I called today. I explained to the apparent manager and his lack of professionalism and customer service was really an eye opener. I've ordered from that location many times band it has never been this bad. He said "we don't do refunds,next time make sure you order them well done." At this point forget about the stupid wings now I will definitely call corporate to report this store. From now on I will definitely order from another location.
Not gonna lie, the cop vehicle picture is repellant. I subconsciously expect a police car to be there now.Before you judge, I am a clean-record veteran, who currently studies forensics science. I still don't want to be caught over there lol.

Her name is Alicia, and she was making rude comments which is very unprofessional for someone working with customers all day long, very poor customer service was very unhappy with how she was talking to me

Dominos stinks, they said my order was being made and then quality checked, an hour and 20 minutes later I called the store to see where my order was and they said they hadn’t made it yet and that it would be another 40 minutes. They lied on the app and weren’t upfront about their wait times. Never ordering dominos again!
