We stop here before we head home. They have all fresh food/ulam ready for you. Even fresh bakeries and desserts. Whatever youre in a mood for they have it. The staff is really accommodating. They have a small grocery inside. They have fish, chips, sauces and even canned goods. Its a small store but its pack with everything you need. They have fresh baked empanada and we tried both chicken and pork and its a hit. Eveb have fresh turon as well. Got us some fresh bread on the go. Will definitely stop by again when we're in the area. Recommend to check it put if you're in the area.

Food is alright. The guy that owns it has no personality. He sounds angry all the time. Setup of this store is... very unorganized. Dont know how the kitchen looks like.

For an authentic taste of the Philippines in Lake County, Kaibigan in Round Lake Beach, IL, is an absolute must-visit. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owner's warmth and hospitality are unparalleled.
Though it operates primarily as a take-out establishment with a small dining space, the quality of the food is outstanding. Kaibigan consistently serves up some of the best Filipino dishes in the area, bringing flavors that truly remind you of the islands. Their food trays are a go-to for our family holidays, always receiving rave reviews. Plus, their well-stocked grocery section is perfect for finding specialty Filipino products.

Authentic Filipino grocery store and food deli. We picked up some food and it was very good take out.
We are just new in town and I’m glad I found this filipino restaurant. I wasn’t expecting to find one in this area but I said I will still check google maps maybe I get lucky. TADAH!! This filipino store has both mini grocery and restaurant. When it comes to their food, they have big serving, lots of varieties and reasonable prices. I bought a full plate of palabok, 2 value meals (2 dishes w/ rice) and a pound of pork bbq with a drink for 54! This is my new spot for Filipino food whenever we stay in our summer house.
Wonderful staff. Delicious filipino food
