As a child, I grew up loving KFC chicken now as an adult. I am disgusted with the Round Lake Beach KFC branch. It’s like they don’t know how to cook or they think double dipping chicken into oil is gonna make it warmer or hot so you think it’s freshly made, all it does is kill the taste and add a cup grease with each piece. Don’t eat at the Round Lake Beach KFC. This is my third time and I will not go back. I will not do it again. Every time one order is one’s good the next ones is bad. The bad days are really bad and Management does not care. Their food is no longer quality, think twice before you eat it. KFC is good, do not order it in Round Lake Beach, Bad management makes the city residents here look incompetent. They need to close, try Popeyes. I find it a tad to crispy but it tastes good. So to recap, Kentucky fried chicken in Round Lake Beach is garbage, order at your own risk. If you’re smart order it out of town because Management in Round Lake Beach sucks at Kentucky Fried chicken!!!!

I don't understand what happened to this place or who is managing it but this place has had the worst service for over a year now. Every time I go back against my better judgment I totally end up regretting it. The wait time is beyond ridiculous, the staff is rude and if they moved any slower a 5-year-old could do a better job. Somebody needs to get in and take control . Even ordering ahead on the mobile app you sit there for 30 minutes at the very least to get served for an order you called in 30 minutes prior.

Why do you never have extra crispy chicken?? I waited 25 minutes in line at the drive thru. When i got to the window they told me it'll be another 25 mins. I am NOT waiting an hour for chicken. I left and will be getting dinner elsewhere.

Well, I ordered online for a drive thru pickup, I got there and after I paid, they told me to pull up ahead for a couple of minutes for the food. I AM NOT EXAGERATING WHEN I SAY THAT I WAS WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD WHILE OTHER PEOPLE GOT IN AND GOT THEIR FOOD AND THE DRIVE THRU WAS MOVING ALONG. I finally called the store, and they finally brought out the food and when I asked what the 20 minutes delay, I was told by the runner that no one told her to take out the order!!!!! I complained and I got a call from a person that basically said thank you for the complaint and that was it!!! This is not the first time this place screwed up and needless to say I AM DONE!!!

I am not a complainer but when it builds up high enough, a review is needed. Ok, so this was the 3rd time having an issue with the round lake kfc. I should have known not to go back. I ordered 2 chicken little's plain, They were not plain They had everything on them. I also ordered a large mac n cheese and mashed potatoes, they were both Way under half way filled up. I called them after i got finally arrived home 15 min later and this girl that was working there had absolutely no sympathy for what they caused and told me drive there to show them and return the food so they can fix it Only if i had a reciept, which they never gave me one!! searched car, bags everywhere. I just spent money with kfc to feed my family and yet again, more problems. I am beyond pissed off with whoever is running this store and the workers. If it were me i would be listening to what people order and actually Filling the sides up properly. Its not hard!!! You would think people with somewhat of brains would be getting hired to serve people food at a fast food place. Dont get food from here people. You will see, hopefully not.
