I am not a complainer but when it builds up high enough, a review is needed. Ok, so this was the 3rd time having an issue with the round lake kfc. I should have known not to go back. I ordered 2 chicken little's plain, They were not plain They had everything on them. I also ordered a large mac n cheese and mashed potatoes, they were both Way under half way filled up. I called them after i got finally arrived home 15 min later and this girl that was working there had absolutely no sympathy for what they caused and told me drive there to show them and return the food so they can fix it Only if i had a reciept, which they never gave me one!! searched car, bags everywhere. I just spent money with kfc to feed my family and yet again, more problems. I am beyond pissed off with whoever is running this store and the workers. If it were me i would be listening to what people order and actually Filling the sides up properly. Its not hard!!! You would think people with somewhat of brains would be getting hired to serve people food at a fast food place. Dont get food from here people. You will see, hopefully not.

Haven't been to a KFC in about 5 years. I went because of a deal, and they forgot the sauce for the tenders. You can't eat the tenders without dipping sauce. Do better. Needless to say it'll probably be at least another 5 years before I come back. Go to Popeyes right down the street, you won't be disappointed.

This place always forgets items doesn't take your order right. The past 3 times I've been there and order a large i get medium fries. The place runs so slow most of the time it looks like there's 2 employees there.

I stood at the counter waiting for over 5 minutes to ask about a pickup that was supposed to be ready. 4 different workers walked past, made eye contact, and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. Finally the managers comes and asks my name then tells me the food is about to be prepared so it’ll be 5 minutes. Lobby and tables were dirty. Don’t eat here…
Checks the bags ... Notorious for forgetting items . After numerous of times of them constantly forgetting something having me waste my gas, money cause of their mistakes. This location will never longer receive my money.

I placed a takeout order. They forgot my macaroni. I talked to the store to get my money refunded. They told me to go get him and that they would give me some potatoes for the bad time. And when I got to the store they gave me the macaroni. And they told me we can't give you the potatoes. I give it one star for attention.
