There is always a lot of wait when it comes to this KFC. Sitting in here now and going on 20 minutes waiting for my 8 piece family meal. They are trying, and they put up with a lot of attitudes from angry customers waiting for a while. Seems that they just need better organization to handle busy times.

So I went to KFC for my birthday to get a chicken sandwich. I went there with a coupon btw they said it was fake even though we got it off there website. And one thing I hated was that the staff there was so rude. Sometimes when my family orders chicken the staff there mis count our chicken and we get less than we order. Then we have to go back and re do the order, again the staff is really messed up and give us sass. Would not recommend these days. Disappointed ? ?

Very busy Friday and had to wait as usual. Connor was great. He was manning the front counter, packing orders and tried to satisfy all the impatient customers. I would have given 5 stars until I saw the girl that took his place at the counter picking at her nails and face and stroking her hair. Yuk I hope she did not prepare my food!
