Dirty building and rude employees! They refused to give us the food we already paid for after getting in our face. They are so unprofessional. They actually called the police and they came and gave us our food because the employees were too stupid to. How embarrassing. The police were laughing at their stupidity.

Do NOT eat here!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered take out from them and found a worm in my mei fun noodles. Which means their kitchen is either dirty or they don’t wash their vegetables. On top of that the food was not good at all, no flavor. Also, the customer service was terrible. I went in there to tell them I found a bug in my food and to show them the picture, to get a refund for my order since we threw all the food away. Obviously if there are bugs in one dish chances are they are going to be in another. The manager wasn’t there and the lady I talked to didn’t even apologize all she could said was “oh I wasn’t there that day so I don’t know what happened” like whaaaaat??? What do you mean you don’t know what happened. For that to be all she said is crazy. She took down my number and said the manager would call me but I never got a call. So my husband called them late the next day and whoever was there said she could only give us a refund for the noodles since that was the only dish with a bug… refused to give us a full refund even though we had to throw away all our food since we didn’t trust it. Clearly they could care less that we found a bug in our food. It wasn’t a big deal to them at all, didn’t even seem surprised. Absolutely disgusting establishment. I will continue to tell everyone not to eat here.

The food is good no complaints about that, But when you order they charge a processing fee Don’t like that, so I get the total receipt for my order and when I check my bank they charge on extra dollar why is that?

I ordered food thru uber eats..the lo mien was taste bad ..the shrimp fried was awful taste..the orange chicken seems it was cooked the day before..it was bad..ordered..7/17/2024..order number 02e69..your restaurant charged me $ 49.63...$ 55.55 with tax ..and Uber Eats charged me $ 78.15..it was a terrible experienced..never again..and how did ..from $ 55.55 and Uber Eats charged me $78,15? I was going to bring the food back tommorow becaused no one ate after tasting the food..but out of decency..I wont do that..can someone please adviced me on what to do with the amount?
Ordered carryout online. Easy to navigate website. Generous portions at fair prices. Some of the biggest and most stuffed crab rangoons ever! I recommend the dinner specials. Looking forward to enjoying them more.
