It happens that today I went shopping and I had a similar experience in which a lady who was not old attended to the orders, putting the orders in their place, to which I waited my turn and asked her if my order was ready to which the lady Very racist, he replied, I don't know or care how long it takes and he left... I love Panera and I really like their menu but because of these types of people I prefer not to eat here again. I preferred to go and leave the order there.

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m. on Friday evening they close at 9:00 p.m. I asked for a grilled chicken and avocado. BLT and was told unfortunately they "only offer a few select soups this late at night. Because they close soon." I said, but you're open until 9:00 shouldn't your full menu be available until then? I was told "unfortunately it's not because they donate all of their bread at the end of the evening which they need to do a few minutes before closing." That's your financial loss Panera. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing and frustrating. It makes very little sense to me. If you're going to be open till 9:00, serve your full menu till 9:00 or list on your menu screen that you stop serving a full menu 15 to 20 minutes before close.

Edward the store manager is EXTREMELY RUDE! He gives me issues with EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY ORDERS! Constantly being aggressive nasty and rude about small things. Messes up my order CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!! To the point that I can’t even get it fixed through corporate anymore. I’ve filed SEVERAL complaints!!!!! I have no issues with the women on staff.. There are two WHITE male (I’m assuming managers) who are always nasty and rude whenever I order from there. I will continue to report this place until they get a new store manager!!!!!!!!!!! He instructs his employees to be nasty and rude to me and actually told me over the phone TODAY!!!! I wish I could have my orders delivered from Gurnee!!!!

What a bad experience I had today, I just went to buy soup for my daughter who is sick, and there was only one person in front of me, when they finished with this person I kept waiting and the person who was before me turned back to say that he didn't ask for bread If not chips, they took out the bread and left it on top that you could see, when they gave me my soup they gave me the same bread that the man returned, how am I going to know if the man had the bread or not? I told them to change it and they got upset, they told me that they took it out of the box and I was treating them as it was the same bread and they got upset, 🫤

Omg what a rip off. I was sick, my friend ordered me a soup & sandwich. The soup wasn't even filled halfway. The tuna sandwich was more like a lettuce sandwich. Shame on Panera.

As usual they were out of stock of my first and second choices of bagels. I ordered my third choice and they dropped it on the floor. Then they told me that was all gone as well. I asked for my money back, they refunded my money for the order, but and the tip. Evidently they expect tips whether or not they even give you anything to eat or drink.
