No cars in line and they blink the menu so I can't choose and I accidentally get the more expensive combo when I didn't need the pop. Gotta be careful!

Fresh fried chicken ..on top every Tuesday $4.99 for 2 pieces of chicken and one side... seriously we love Popeyes in Round lake Beach.. more power to Popeyes.

The chicken, of course, is great, especially the spicy. The staff work very hard, seeing as there is a mountain of fried chicken prepared before anyone orders. The best sides include red beans and rice and fries. I definitely want to come back to try the ghost pepper chix sandwich, etc.

I’ve placed my order on the app On 03/04 At 8:35pm . About 15 minutes after I’ve entered the store and I’ve told the front desk clerk that I’m picking up. He said to wait and turned around pretending that he is busy. Another employee comes from the back of the restaurant and engaged in conversation with the person behind me . That’s when I’ve told him that he skipped me and I should be first served, because I was there first. That’s when the other clerk that asked me to wait comes back to me and start scolding me saying all absurd things. This is not the first time I’m having issues with this store in Round Lake Beach. A lot of incompetent employees there and with that said I’m not going to step foot in there or any Popeyes. It’s a shame that you don’t have competent, service oriented employees. 🤨

I think this is the best Popeyes in lake county and the safest to eat at. Clean atmosphere and convenient location. The only downside i would say is that when ordering the family box they put a lot of big back pieces in the box. Everything else about this place is great. Stay away from the Gurnee one unless you want to be sick. Round Lake is hands down the better one
